What the documents look like
Brand member private-domain operations centre on customer data and repeat-purchase outreach. The work does not cover store shift scheduling, which distinguishes it from direct-store operations. The main material sources are the CRM system, enterprise WeChat, POS transaction records and mini-program behaviour data. The documents handled day to day include member tag tables, outreach plans, coupon rules and privacy authorisation records.
For contract and transaction material comparison, subject names, object scopes, status fields and validity periods sit in these separate sources and must be brought into one workflow for checking. Data updates on a daily and weekly cadence, which affects version consistency. A tag or authorisation record produced for the same member on different dates can correspond to different versions, so comparison must lock onto one time slice and avoid treating fields from different dates as one fact. Outreach plans and coupon rules typically carry effective intervals, and the authorisation scope in a contract or transaction material needs to align with that interval.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node in workflow orchestration is a user-interaction node. When triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded; after the user completes the required fields and submits, the node collects the form information and passes it to later nodes. The User Selection node also enters an interaction state, and once the user makes a choice the corresponding "yes" branch executes. These nodes handle information collection and branch selection. They do not perform authorisation decisions.
The core constraint for contract and transaction material comparison is that neither retrieval nor form collection is an authorisation action. The subject, object and status values collected by a form must be compared item by item against the source material before any judgment is formed. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronisation require a separate business interface or a later process; the workflow itself does not complete these actions. Interaction waiting, state recording and dialog hiding follow the documented behaviour. No additional control switch, submission-count limit or automatic judgment guarantee exists.
Configuration and implementation checks
The configuration below is built around a hypothetical drill sample and lists only officially documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this page's main task.
| Configuration item | Setting or check content | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Collect subject name, object, status field and validity period | Corresponds to the three fields to be checked in the sample |
| User Selection node | Set the "yes" branch to confirm material consistency | Branch direction depends on the comparison result |
| Downstream retrieval node | Pass form output into a retrieval or judgment node | Retrieval results support manual comparison, not authorisation |
| Output handover check | Compare input fields against source material item by item | Judge same subject, same period, same field |
| External action division | Order writes and status sync connect to a separate business interface | This page performs no write or sync |
Hypothetical drill sample: a brand member operations source material reads "Member number M-0417, coupon rule C-22, applicable period 1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025, status effective." The draft sentence to be judged is "Member M-0417's coupon C-22 was in effective status on 15 March 2025." Comparison requires confirming whether the subject number, object number, period and status field match the source. If the source does not state a field, that field is unsupported and cannot be judged as negative or conflicting.
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit as authorisation confirmation. A retrieval result provides a material lead only and does not constitute permission or entity isolation. If a form collects a member number and passes it straight into retrieval, the returned content still requires manual comparison against the source. A high similarity score does not make authorisation established.
- Treating fields from different periods as one fact. In the sample the coupon rule's effective period is 1 March to 31 March. If a draft sentence cites 15 April, the period field is inconsistent and should be recorded as pending verification. It cannot be directly judged effective or expired.
- Treating a pending-review status as approved. If the source material shows only "pending review," that status does not demonstrate a lack of operating permission and does not equal effective status. Signing, reaching cooperation and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts and cannot substitute for one another.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the draft sentence, and compare four fields: subject number M-0417, object number C-22, period 1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025, and status "effective." If all four match, the draft sentence is supported. If the period or status differs, record it as pending verification.
- Input a draft sentence whose status is not stated in the source, for example "Member M-0417's coupon C-22 has been redeemed." Compare whether the source contains a redemption field. If the source does not state it, the result is unsupported and cannot be judged as negative.
- Input the form-collected output and the downstream retrieval node, and confirm whether the form information is explicitly passed to the retrieval or judgment node. If retrieval returns an empty result, check the downstream design against a clearly stated paper input of an empty list; do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns empty. Libraries across different vector models cannot be associated together. Check identifiers first, exclude non-matching ones, and record the actual observation.
