What the documents look like
For document comparison in Omnichannel stock transfers, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Inspect inventory access by sending, receiving and fulfillment tasks; readable sources establish no authorized movement or receipt. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
A comparison proposes a transfer request, stock snapshot and receiving note. The sending store reads its sources, the receiving store checks demand, and fulfillment readers inspect movement evidence. Verify account-specific reading and operations; location text creates no team membership. A snapshot concerns a time, a request proposes action, and receipt describes another stage. Matching references still need passage relationships. Reading both stores’ inventory grants no cross-store editing authority and establishes no available goods for actual transfer beyond the corresponding evidence.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Channel-transfer access | Distinct source duties | Actual check |
|---|---|---|
| Role mapping | Sending, receiving and fulfillment | Accounts and resource operations |
| Passage relationship | Separate request, snapshot and receipt | Location and reference passages |
| Restricted warehouse | Unrelated stock and internal notes | Full answer and denial |
| Interface distinction | WMS authentication grants no internal rights | Actual access and movement records |
| Goods and accounting | Reading creates no transfer or stock change | Business records and confirmation |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If a transfer contact or location becomes a universal channel-stock maintainer, inspect actual accounts and operations. Sending or receiving duties grant no resource permissions.
- If this request returns unrelated warehouse stock or internal transfer notes, retain location identity and full answers. Matching goods authorize no cross-warehouse access, including paraphrases.
- If WMS connectivity establishes internal access or posted movement, inspect authentication, resource rights and actual event records separately. Snapshot balances are not this movement’s quantities.
How to verify the setup
Query the same sources as sending, receiving, fulfillment and unrelated-warehouse identities, recording passages, location roles and denials. Correct grants with swapped roles need input mappings and actual passages checked rather than broader access. Separate absent current receipt from obtained receipt omitted from the request, then retest the original accounts after supplementation. Reading creates no transfer and subtracts or adds no stock. Goods movement and accounting need actual records and owner confirmation; readable aggregates establish no synchronization across every warehouse.
