What the documents look like
Peak-sale warehouse fulfillment planning centers on short-term peak capacity and the arrangement of people, vehicles, and space. This differs from routine multi-warehouse inventory synchronization, which follows a daily balancing logic. The materials handled on this page are peak-sale forecast tables, staff rosters, courier support plans, and exception daily reports. The comparison task concerns contracts and transaction materials. The supplied brief gives update frequencies of per-event and daily; this page does not derive batch synchronization or real-time trigger mechanisms from that. Typical operating parties are e-commerce supply chain teams, warehouse managers, and courier business staff. A forecast table gives an order-volume range for the campaign period, a roster gives arrival dates for temporary staff, a courier support plan gives pickup vehicles and time windows, and an exception daily report records the day's deviations. These materials serve as sources of fact for contract and transaction material comparison. Workflow routing must send materials into interaction nodes, collect the fields needed for a judgment, and pass results to downstream nodes.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node enters an interaction state when triggered, records the workflow state, and continues execution after the user completes the interaction. After the user fills required information and submits, the node collects the form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The User Selection node also enters an interaction state; when the user makes a selection, the node evaluates that selection and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. The documented behavior of both nodes is limited to interaction, collection, and branch judgment. Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or downstream process; interaction nodes do not perform them. Retrieval and forms do not constitute authorization. A pending-review state does not demonstrate the absence of operating permission, and a quotation validity period does not indicate a supply period. Semantic recall and relevance scores do not carry permission or entity isolation. Libraries using different vector models cannot be associated together; identifiers must be checked first, non-matching items excluded, and actual observations recorded. Optional paths shown in an overall workflow diagram do not mean every request executes all of them.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below covers this page's sample and lists documented settings or implementation check items. The values are starting points for this hypothetical trial only, with the reason for choosing them and the comparison object stated. They are not official default values.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this trial | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Collect material ID, entity, period, field value | The node collects required information and passes it downstream; compare item by item against the fields the draft sentence needs |
| User Selection node | Branch question: "Does the material support this field value?" | The node executes the "yes" branch per the user's selection; check whether branch connections are verified one by one |
| Interaction state check | Records state after triggering and waits for submission | This is existing behavior of interaction nodes; no separate global state-recording switch is set |
| Output handoff check | Pass collected information to a later retrieval or judgment node | Compare output against input item by item to confirm no field is lost |
| External operation division | Writing and synchronization listed as downstream processes | Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface |
| Empty-result handoff | Paper input [] checked against downstream design | Use an explicit empty input to check the downstream branch; do not claim a fictional rule retrieval must return [] |
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as authorized execution. The input is the draft sentence and the material text from the sample; the comparison object is whether the material states that field value; the observable result is that the node only collects fields and passes them downstream, without triggering writing or synchronization.
- Treating relevance as an entity or permission filter. The input is the retrieved fragment; the comparison object is whether the material ID and entity identifier match; the observable result is that non-matching identifiers are excluded and actual observations recorded, without inferring that a similarity setting excludes unrelated business.
- Treating an unstated field as a negation or conflict. The input is the material text and the draft sentence; the comparison object is the same entity, same period, same field; the observable result is that only clearly mutually exclusive values in the same field are recorded as a contradiction, while unstated items are recorded as pending verification.
How to verify the setup
Hypothetical exercise sample: the material text reads, "Peak-sale forecast table: the entity is an East China warehouse fulfillment project team, the campaign period is November 1 to November 3, and the forecast order-volume range is 80,000 to 100,000 orders per day; courier support plan: same entity, same period, 30 pickup vehicles per day, time window 20:00 to 02:00 the next day." The draft sentence to be judged reads, "This entity has no fewer than 40 pickup vehicles per day from November 1 to November 3."
- Verification one: input the material text and the draft sentence; compare the same entity, same period, same field "daily pickup vehicle count." The material states 30 vehicles; the draft sentence says no fewer than 40. The same field has clearly mutually exclusive values; when this condition is met, record it as a contradiction.
- Verification two: input "no fewer than 40" from the draft sentence; compare whether the material states that value. The material states only 30 vehicles and does not state 40; when this condition is met, record it as unsupported and preserve the evidence gap.
- Verification three: input the paper empty result []; compare whether the downstream branch design handles empty input; observe whether the downstream receives it as designed, without claiming a fictional rule retrieval must return []. All three verifications are paper checks and were not actually executed.
