What the documents look like
Parcel label and pickup handoff work sits at the point where a parcel leaves the warehouse. Responsibility turns on carrier scan records rather than on packing activity inside the warehouse. The materials handled on this page are electronic waybills, handoff lists, pickup scan records and exception-parcel registrations. These materials come from the courier system, WMS shipment data and carrier billing. Updates arrive per batch and per day.
Contract and transaction material comparison checks the subject, object and status fields that are spread across those materials. Workflow routing places form input and user selection nodes where those fields can be collected, then passes the collected values to the later comparison step. The comparison itself does not live in the collection nodes.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node triggers a conversation into an interactive state, collects required information, and after submission passes that information to later nodes. The user selection node evaluates the user's choice and executes the "yes" branch. Both nodes record workflow state, and the dialog is hidden during interaction. These nodes only complete collection and branching. Order writing, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval results do not constitute authorization, and a relevance score does not perform entity or permission filtering.
Hypothetical drill sample: a warehouse shipment role processes a batch of waybills on 10 June 2025. The handoff list states "waybill number SF-HYP-001, recipient A, pickup site A, handoff quantity 3 parcels, handoff date 10 June 2025." The pickup scan record states "waybill number SF-HYP-001, scanning site A, scan time 10 June 2025, scan result picked up." The exception-parcel registration is empty. The draft sentence to be assessed is "waybill SF-HYP-001 has completed pickup handoff." The comparison scope is the same waybill number, the same date and the same handoff quantity field.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Relevant setting or check on this page | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Collect waybill number, handoff date, handoff quantity | Maps to the three sample fields |
| User selection node | Set the "yes" branch to carry the comparison conclusion | The assessed sentence follows this branch |
| Output handoff | Pass collected values to the comparison node | Waybill number and date enter comparison |
| Interactive state check | Confirm the node enters the interactive state after triggering | Downstream does not execute before submission |
| External operation division | Order writing and status synchronization use a separate interface | This page performs no writing |
| Retrieval scope check | Confirm the materials sit within an accessible retrieval scope | The scan record must be retrievable |
Hypothetical trial starting point: the comparison threshold for the handoff quantity field is set to 3, because the sample handoff list states 3 parcels, for parcel-by-parcel checking against the pickup scan record. This value is a page-level hypothesis and is not an official default.
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as business authorization. Input: the sample form submits the waybill number and date. Comparison: the submission action against order-writing permission. Observable result: a successful submission produces no order-writing record; writing requires a separate interface.
- Treating a retrieval hit as a completed entity check. Input: retrieval returns waybill SF-HYP-001. Comparison: the retrieval result against the subject fields in the handoff list. Observable result: a relevance score does not exclude other waybills; subject fields must be checked one by one.
- Treating a pending-review state as already effective. Input: the sample draft sentence "has completed pickup handoff." Comparison: the scan record status against the wording "completed." Observable result: the scan result is picked up, the handoff completion status is not stated, and the sentence is unsupported.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample handoff list and scan record, compare the waybill number, date and quantity fields, and when all three agree and the scan result is picked up, the draft sentence is supported; when a field is missing, record the gap and do not draw a negative conclusion.
- Input the paper value [] for an empty result, compare whether the downstream node is designed for empty input branching, and observe that downstream produces no write or synchronization action.
- Input the sample form submission action, compare whether the interactive state is entered after submission and whether the submitted values reach the comparison node, and observe that downstream does not execute before submission while the comparison node receives the waybill number and date after submission.
