What the documents look like
For document comparison in Franchise filing management, this page examines FastGPT workflow routing. The store covered by a franchise agreement and the entity named in filing material need explicit comparison. Preparing documents and obtaining a filing outcome remain distinct stages. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
Proposed wording says the manual applies to the east-district store, while a filing checklist names only headquarters and disclosure material does not identify that store. Collect these passages with their document titles. A person may choose to obtain store applicability or organize filing evidence. That branch passes a handling choice; it does not establish entity equivalence or filing eligibility. Similar names cannot supply the relationship, and a local manual does not automatically cover all franchise locations.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Franchise comparison | Proposed passage | Downstream check |
|---|---|---|
| Contract location | East-district store | Evidence linking checklist entity |
| Filing checklist | Headquarters only | Not the store filing outcome |
| Manual scope | Named-store use | Not every franchise location |
| Human choice | Applicability or filing material | Corresponding text on connected branch |
| Handling status | Result material absent | Explanation remains unresolved |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Form input node | Submitted form values pass to subsequent steps. |
User-selection node | Execution follows the connected selected branch. |
Interaction-state check | Inspect waiting and post-submission states. |
Output handoff check | Compare values passed between steps. |
External-operation responsibility | External business operations require an implementation. |
Three common errors
Entity substitution: Headquarters material used as this store’s filing needs the contract-store relationship. Expanded manual scope: “East-district store” rewritten as every store requires comparison with both the original passage and downstream text. Checklist promoted to outcome: A preparation list described as a completed filing needs the actual filing result. These inspect entity, applicability and process stage independently.
How to verify the setup
Retain the agreement excerpt and checklist, then compare what each branch receives. The applicability branch must not receive another franchisee’s file. Adding a corresponding store explanation can change the entity interpretation while leaving the filing outcome unresolved. The interaction node records the choice and continues execution. Formal submission, external receipt and result verification need separately connected business steps; connected nodes do not establish an effective filing.
