What the documents look like
For document comparison in Livestream after-sales service, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Inspect access to the after-sales contract, handling draft and consumer order separately while retaining refund conditions. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
A hypothetical after-sales clause makes a store responsible for gathering material and requires this order’s handling record before explaining a refund outcome. A draft still awaits the merchant’s reply, while the consumer order is a separate restricted resource. Permission to read the contract does not establish access to the order or editing rights for the draft. Inspect the actual member identity, edition and relevant resources, retaining the passages visible and the gaps. An inaccessible order remains unverified; access failure does not establish that it does not exist. Gathering documents also supplies no completed refund. The texts contain no real consumer information.
Configuration and implementation checks
| After-sales comparison access | Hypothetical resource | Scope to inspect |
|---|---|---|
| Contract | Gathering material and order-record condition | Read terms without inventing order facts |
| Order | Separate restricted consumer data | Test the same resource across account rights |
| Draft | Merchant reply pending | Verify reading and editing separately |
| Classification | After-sales tag | Do not use as authorization |
| External refund | Operation and receipt | Inspect authentication and execution separately |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If the contract is visible but the order is not, yet the answer claims to have checked it, test the same order resource with authorized and unauthorized accounts. Locate missing evidence instead of borrowing contract access for an order conclusion.
- If an after-sales tag is treated as permission, inspect resource authorization separately from retrieval classification. A related label grants neither reading nor operations.
- If a draft awaiting a reply becomes refund success, inspect who may edit that resource and the actual handling receipt. Reading, editing and an external refund are different actions.
How to verify the setup
List reading and editing requirements separately for the contract, draft and order. Use actual accounts against the same resources, retaining access results and citations. Repeat the questions after a draft-permission change and preserve the distinction between terms, drafts and business events. External-system queries or writes need their own authentication checks in addition to FastGPT resource permissions. A role name alone supplies no external capability. This is a proposed validation design, without executed account tests or refunds. Any completion statement requires the applicable record for this order.
