What the documents look like
Group-buy leader operations center on community pickup nodes and commission settlement. The daily material set includes leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists and community announcements. Source systems include the group-buy back office, leader chat groups, order detail and after-sales records. For contract and transaction material comparison, the distinguishing condition is that one leader, one period and one field can appear across the agreement, the commission settlement and the pickup execution stages. Each occurrence needs its source and version checked item by item. The supplied material gives an update frequency of daily and per group. This page does not extend that frequency into batch synchronization, real-time processing or transaction-triggered mechanisms.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
The knowledge base search node recalls citation content from selected knowledge bases. The citation output is an array, and its length may be zero. An empty array does not mean the workflow has errored or stopped. The node requires knowledge bases that share the same vector model. Knowledge bases with different vector models cannot be associated together. The vector model identifier is checked first, and a knowledge base whose identifier does not match is excluded. A cross-model search is not run in order to compare missed recalls.
Minimum relevance is a filter threshold. It does not perform permission or entity isolation. The same-vector-model requirement for associated knowledge bases does not extend to business registration sites or other external systems.
Hybrid search merges multiple recall paths through RRF. RRF is a fusion process, not a separate switch that can be turned on. Image retrieval requires image input and the corresponding model capability. Rerank requires a model and must be enabled by configuration. Both are optional paths and do not mean every request executes all of them.
Hypothetical drill sample: A community group-buy platform and leader A signed a Leader Cooperation Agreement on 1 March 2025. Article 4 of the agreement states: "Commission is settled monthly, and the settlement period is the calendar month." The agreement is valid from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026. Leader A's April 2025 commission table states: "April commission is settled before 10 May." A draft sentence is now awaiting judgment: "Leader A's April 2025 commission was paid in full on 10 May 2025." The comparison materials are Article 4 of the agreement and the April commission table. The draft sentence concerns a completed payment fact. Neither material records a payment completion status.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this drill | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Associated knowledge bases | Leader agreement base, commission table base, pickup list base | The three bases must share the same vector model; check the model identifier before associating them together |
| Search mode | Hybrid search | Agreement clauses contain numbers and proper nouns; hybrid search combines semantic and keyword recall |
| Citation limit | 2000 tokens as the hypothetical starting point for this drill | Compare against the length of agreement clauses and commission table fragments; adjust according to actual recalled content |
| Minimum relevance | 0.5 as the hypothetical starting point for this drill | Compare against recalled fragment scores; observe whether the target clause is retained after filtering |
| Question optimization | Enabled | Follow-up questions use references such as "this leader" and "last month"; the subject and period need completion |
| Result rerank | Enabled | When candidate fragments are numerous, perform a second ranking and filter by rerank score |
The values above are hypothetical starting points for this drill, not official defaults. The citation limit uses tokens as its unit and does not use top k. The configuration does not involve permission or entity isolation, and retrieval results do not constitute authorization.
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit as evidence of completed payment. The input is the draft sentence "Leader A's April 2025 commission was paid in full on 10 May 2025." The comparison objects are Article 4 of the agreement and the April commission table. Both materials record only the settlement period and the settlement time point, and neither records a payment completion status. The judgment should be not supported. A retrieval hit on the commission table does not establish that payment was completed.
- Forcing knowledge bases with different vector models into one association. The input is the vector model identifier of each of the three knowledge bases. Compare whether the identifiers match. A knowledge base whose identifier does not match should be excluded, and the actual observation should be recorded. Do not invent missed recalls or redundant results after a forced association.
- Treating a pending review status as completed authorization. The input is a commission adjustment request in pending review status. Compare the request status field with the authorization clause in the agreement. Pending review does not demonstrate a lack of operating permission, and it does not equal approval. Signing, reaching cooperation and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts.
How to verify the setup
- Input the original text of Article 4 of the agreement and the original text of the April commission table from the hypothetical sample. Compare whether the phrase "payment completed" in the draft sentence has a corresponding field in either material. If neither material has a payment completion field, the judgment is not supported, and the evidence gap is recorded.
- Input the vector model identifiers of the three knowledge bases. Compare whether the identifiers match. If a mismatch exists, exclude that base and record it. Do not run a cross-model search. Observe whether the joint association retains only bases with the same model.
- Input an explicit paper empty result []. Compare whether the downstream answer step accepts the empty array normally. Observe whether the workflow continues execution. Do not claim that a fictional rule search necessarily returns []. Do not guarantee a first hit or a full recall.
This page addresses only group-buy leader operations, contract and transaction material comparison, and citation source tracing. At operations handover, the authorization status of materials, actions and requests must be determined from the relevant records. Retrieval or a form is not authorization execution.
