What the documents look like
For document comparison in Cross-border settlements, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Collect source-comparison evidence separately from per-account access results for reconciliation material. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
Consider a new proposed reading test: a settlement statement describes a funds-collection batch, while a reconciliation sheet describes the associated receipt record. Even when both texts mention the same matter, establish permission to read each resource separately. Seller finance, tax accounting and platform operations are business participants, not evidence of configured team roles. Record the actual member, resource scope and visible original text during testing, rather than treating a business responsibility description as a system grant.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Permission or implementation check | Proposed source scope | Acceptance object |
|---|---|---|
| Actual member | Separate business titles from team roles | Record account behavior on the resource |
| Two sources | Inspect statement and reconciliation rights separately | One visible source does not grant the other |
| Denied-access test | Identity intended to be unauthorized | Retain actual visibility and denial results |
| External system | Inspect bank and payment-institution sources separately | Separate interface authentication from internal resource rights |
| Grant changes | New read access and removal of former access | Retest both identities after adding sources |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If finance, accounting or operations duties become configured roles, inspect members and settlement, rate and reconciliation resources. Titles grant neither reading nor maintenance.
- If a permitted identity reads only settlement while a denied one reads reconciliation, retain each configuration and original. Relevance cannot bypass scope, and invisibility proves no absent record.
- If internal settlement reading becomes bank or payment access, inspect external rights and returns. Retest both identities after adding evidence; summary capability establishes no complete permission design.
How to verify the setup
Obtaining bank or payment-institution records requires separate checks of that system’s access conditions and interface authorization. A FastGPT team role does not automatically grant external-document access. After adding a receipt source, retest visibility for both identities and examine a previously authorized account after a grant is removed. Retain resource results, provenance and comparison scope independently. An answer restating reconciliation content does not establish that the overall permission design is effective.
