What the documents look like
For document comparison in Creator sales campaigns, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
A creator agreement states a cooperation period. Inspect that wording and establish the current account’s permission to read the agreement. Brand commercial staff, an MCN and creator representation are external business participants, not automatic FastGPT members or resource grantees. If comparison also needs a commission-setting document, test reading of both resources independently. Visibility of the agreement does not open financial or store-level details. This reading exercise also does not establish that the cooperation was performed.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Permission or implementation check | Collaboration-source scope | Fact to inspect |
|---|---|---|
| Agreement reading | Period wording and agreement resource | Actual access for the current account |
| External participants | Commercial staff, MCN and representation | No automatic membership or grant |
| Commission source | Read agreement and settings independently | One source does not supply the other |
| Missing terms | Liability requires the corresponding material | Inspect existence and permission to obtain it |
| Access after addition | Test new terms with both identity types | Record visibility and business-evidence gaps |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If brand, MCN or agent participation becomes team access, inspect actual members and agreement resources. Business relationships grant no operations and establish no performance.
- If agreement reading reconstructs commission settings, retain both originals and visible scope. Classification and scores decide neither access nor which proportion applies.
- If internal roles become store or cooperation-platform access, inspect external authentication. Missing supplementary terms remain gaps; test new sources with permitted and denied identities rather than accepting summaries as completeness.
How to verify the setup
An agreement without breach-liability terms leaves a gap in a complete risk review. First establish whether supplementary documents exist and whether the current identity may obtain them. Inspect authentication for store or collaboration-platform sources separately from internal team roles. After adding terms, retest authorized and unauthorized accounts, checking that new wording is visible only within the intended scope. Retain business-evidence gaps and access results; a model summary does not establish that every contractual term was supplied.
