Chain-store closure accounts: workflow routing for document comparison

Review workflow routing for document comparison in Chain-store closure accounts. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Chain-store closure settlement handles exit and asset recovery, the opposite direction from head-office site selection and store opening. The public brief lists the main data sources as POS inventory, the fixed-asset system, lease contracts and financial ledgers. The documents handled day to day are closure approvals, inventory clearance forms, lease termination agreements and asset count sheets. These materials sit with different holders: chain operations, finance, legal and the landlord contact. Updates are irregular and per store.

For this page the comparison task is narrow. It checks whether the same store, the same settlement period and the same field agree across the three material types. A lease termination agreement may state a deposit refund condition, while the financial ledger records a deposit balance and the landlord contact confirms deduction items. Those three items can sit at different stages: one signed, one awaiting approval, one a quotation only. Workflow routing has to preserve that stage difference. The presence of one material does not make another fact complete.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

The form input node enters an interaction state when triggered, records the workflow state, and after the user fills required information and submits, passes that information to later nodes. The user selection node also enters an interaction state, and after the user makes a choice it executes the corresponding "yes" branch.

For this comparison task, a reasonable order is to collect the store identifier, settlement period and material version through form input, then use user selection to confirm the handling direction for each difference item. The interaction state is documented node behaviour. The documents do not describe a global state-recording switch, a submission-count limit or an automatic judgment mechanism, so none should be assumed.

Retrieval and similarity scores handle recall only. They do not carry permission or entity isolation. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; identifiers must be checked first and non-matching records excluded. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface. The form itself only collects values.

Configuration and implementation checks

Hypothetical drill sample, clearly labelled as such: an operations staff member at a chain brand submits a closure settlement material package. Store identifier is "Sample Store-017". Settlement period is "1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025". The lease termination agreement states: "The lessor agrees to refund the deposit of RMB 30,000 within fifteen working days after clearance acceptance." The financial ledger states: "Deposit balance RMB 30,000, pending refund." The inventory clearance form states: "12 shelving units remaining, pending count confirmation." The draft sentence to be judged is: "The RMB 30,000 deposit was refunded on 20 March 2025." That draft sentence conflicts with the "pending refund" status in the agreement and ledger, and no refund voucher appears in the materials.

Three common errors

  1. Reading "pending refund" as "refunded". The ledger states "Deposit balance RMB 30,000, pending refund", while the draft sentence says "was refunded on 20 March 2025". Only mutually exclusive values in the same field form a contradiction. Here the draft is unsupported and should be marked pending verification, not judged as refunded.
  2. Treating a quotation or pending approval as authorization. The lease termination agreement states "agrees to refund within fifteen working days after clearance acceptance". That wording is a conditional arrangement. It does not show the refund was executed or the approval completed. A pending review does not show that operating authority is absent, and it does not show that authority has been granted.
  3. Treating a retrieval hit as permission or entity isolation. A similarity score is not a category, entity or permission filter. Libraries on different vector models cannot be associated together. Store identifiers must be checked first and non-matching records excluded, with the actual observation recorded.

How to verify the setup

  1. Enter the complete sample above. Compare the draft sentence "The RMB 30,000 deposit was refunded on 20 March 2025" with the ledger entry "pending refund" and the agreement wording "agrees to refund within fifteen working days after clearance acceptance". The expected observation is that the system outputs "unsupported / pending verification" and preserves the evidence gap, without outputting a "refunded" conclusion.
  2. Enter the same store identifier "Sample Store-017" and settlement period "1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025", and compare field values across the three material types. The expected observation is that clearly mutually exclusive values in the same field are marked as contradictory, while items with only related-stage evidence are marked pending verification.
  3. Enter the paper empty result [] and check the downstream node design. The expected observation is that downstream handles it under the empty-reference condition. No claim is made that a fabricated-rule retrieval always returns [], and no guarantee is made of a first hit or full recall.

This page addresses only chain-store closure settlement, contract and transaction material comparison, and workflow routing. At operations handover, which materials, actions and requests sit at which authorization stage cannot be treated as authorized execution through retrieval or a form. The same store, same period and same field must be judged together; only clearly mutually exclusive values in one field count as a contradiction. Unstated items or items with only related-stage evidence are unsupported or pending verification, not negations or conflicts.
