What the documents look like
For procurement in B2B marketplaces, this page examines FastGPT scheduled workflows. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the scheduled workflows step
Scheduled supplier checks must distinguish the trigger from obtaining the source. Proposed certification documents record production qualifications and a quotation lists material specifications, but they do not provide a connected lookup service. Verify an available application entry or external scheduler for the deployed version, then define the authorized interface and its inputs. Retain a real trigger, request and response showing the originals actually read. A schedule configuration does not establish that the supplier meets procurement conditions.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Implementation check | Task-specific input | Acceptance evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger responsibility | Proposed read of Business Certification Documents and Inquiry and Quotation Sheet, with this target: A check of the production qualifications in the business certification documents against the raw material specifications in the inquiry and quotation sheet is required | Verify the actual entry and triggering component, retaining a real trigger record. |
| Data interface | A check of the production qualifications in the business certification documents against the raw material specifications in the inquiry and quotation sheet is required | An external connection, contract and authorization must exist; a schedule does not create the source. |
| Versions and input | The comparison concerning Business Certification Documents and Inquiry and Quotation Sheet: A check of the registered address in the business certification documents against the shipping origin in the inquiry and quotation sheet is required | Retain source versions and request values, reusing the same inputs for comparisons. |
| Repeated execution | The missing evidence concerning Business Certification Documents: Historical supply records and performance reports for this supplier are currently missing | Obtain real sources first; deduplication, retries and idempotency need implementation and repeated-trigger tests. |
| Actual result | Candidate systems or source providers: B2B Platform, National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, Payment Transaction Records and Logistics Tracking | Record no trigger, call failure and absent evidence separately; verify writes against responses and business records. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Trigger responsibility | Inspect the available trigger and responsible component. |
Data reads | External read interfaces require explicit configuration. |
HTTP requests | Construct requests and check variables against the external contract. |
Repeated-trigger responsibility | Implement deduplication, idempotency and writes explicitly. |
Execution records | Inspect actual triggers, inputs and business responses. |
Three common errors
A registered address in City A and shipping origin in City B are not inherently contradictory. Repeating a trigger does not resolve their business meanings. Specify the address object and source version for each lookup, and inspect whether actual requests use the same sources. Any repeated request, write or retry requires explicitly implemented deduplication and idempotency, followed by observation of repeated runs. An entry in a task interface does not establish updated supplier information.
How to verify the setup
If certification documents lack historical supply and performance records, running again on time cannot fill that gap. Identify the authorized record provider and receiving path, then reuse the original task input after obtaining the source and inspect the real response and business receipt. Record no trigger, call failure and absent evidence separately. Supplier admission, approval and ordering still need business confirmation; a successful scheduled response is not a receipt for those operations.
