What the documents look like
For procurement in Temu semi-managed sellers, this page examines FastGPT HTTP integrations. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
For a semi-managed seller, procurement reading can examine correspondence between a declared product and overseas warehouse records. Proposed material provides declaration wording, an inventory-sheet version and a fulfillment question, without evidence of transferable warehouse stock. Before connecting a WMS, inspect its real interface contract and map the supplied item, warehouse and version separately. Complete declaration documents do not establish usable inventory at that warehouse.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Object | Proposed input | Acceptance evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Product mapping | Declaration wording and warehouse identity evidence | No match inferred from names alone |
| Warehouse origin | Warehouse selected in the preceding step | Request and response retain that warehouse |
| Version scope | Inventory-sheet applicability statement | The answer traces the supplied record |
| Transfer gap | No transferable-stock evidence supplied | No warehouse transfer readiness asserted |
| Write action | Proposed replenishment or transfer request | Operation scope and business response checked separately |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Request address and method | The request address and method follow the external contract. |
Params and Headers | Inspect parameters, headers and authentication separately. |
| Body | Where a JSON body is used, validate its structure against the external contract. |
Variable references | Variables can come from global, system or upstream outputs. |
Debug identity fields | Test mode lacks chatId and responseChatItemId. |
Three common errors
Using a storefront product name as a warehouse code can query the wrong object. Trace the declaration passage to evidence of the external identifier. Another failure occurs when a selected warehouse is replaced by output for a different warehouse. Compare pre-call variables, transmitted content and the returned warehouse, then repair the reference and retest. Keep records from different warehouses distinct rather than combining them into procurement availability. If a stock snapshot becomes an executed transfer, inspect its applicable moment separately from the actual movement record. A balance does not establish inclusion of this movement, and successful reading does not supply the missing correspondence.
How to verify the setup
Test absent transfer evidence, a corresponding warehouse record and a response with unclear identity. The answer should retain source versions and unresolved parts. Build a body only where required by the actual request contract, checking parameters separately from authentication headers. Replenishment creation, warehouse transfer or fulfillment changes require their own authorization, operation scope and business response; a query response does not establish acceptance of those actions.
