What the documents look like
For procurement in General export declarations, this page examines FastGPT citation tracing. Packaging material descriptions, applicable goods and actual preparation need separate tracing. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
A proposed export procurement packet describes recycled-paper bags, says applicable goods need separate confirmation and records that material preparation can be arranged. A question about direct use for the current shipment needs those scopes preserved. Material identity establishes composition, applicability remains open and an arrangement option does not establish prepared stock. Citations must retain the relationship to the actual goods. Shared paper-bag wording cannot confirm every packaging requirement, and a material description cannot establish supplier qualifications or real fulfilment capability for this proposed purchase.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Procurement source check | Proposed material and scope | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| Material identity | Recycled paper | Limit to composition statement. |
| Fit condition | Current goods separately confirmed | Seek applicable fit evidence. |
| Preparation event | Can be arranged only | Inspect actual outcome records. |
| Cited subject | Confirmation may concern other goods | Check goods and version. |
| Later confirmation | Scope may cover one shipment only | Do not expand into general qualification. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Associated knowledge bases | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Citation output | The output is an array; an empty array can continue. |
Citation input handoff | Inspect citations actually received by the answer step. |
Citation display check | Trace displayed sources to their originals. |
Document-validity check | Inspect source identity and applicable version separately. |
Three common errors
First, recycled-paper wording may become suitability for any goods; inspect applicability to the current shipment. Second, preparation can be arranged may become materials already prepared; inspect actual preparation or inventory events. Third, confirmation for other goods may be used for this batch; inspect cited goods identity, version and confirmation scope. These need fit evidence, event results and document correspondence separately. Supplier-record rank or reference quantity cannot select a single affirmative result that the packet itself does not provide for the requested use.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should ask what the material sheet states, which fit conditions remain and what evidence establishes preparation. Trace answers to their respective sources, retaining coverage and gaps without added commitments. If citations contain only a supplier introduction, check whether the material sheet and enquiry note actually reached the answer; an accessible source still needs its text read. Later confirmation must match the goods. Confirmation for one shipment cannot establish applicability to every export item, and obtaining a document cannot become evidence that physical use was already validated.
