What the documents look like
For procurement in Amazon FBA preparation, this page examines FastGPT citation tracing. Existing pallets, undecided materials and next-plan requirements cannot replace one another. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
A proposed FBA procurement packet records wooden pallets in a warehouse stocktake, a request with pallet material undecided and a next-inbound plan whose applicability requirements await confirmation. A question about using current pallets for that next preparation needs separate source scopes. The stocktake observes material, the request has not selected it and the plan does not confirm fit. Citations must retain location and plan identity. Shared pallet terminology cannot establish compliance with the next plan or turn an undecided request into a selected wooden-pallet arrangement.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Procurement source check | Proposed material and scope | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| Stocktake observation | Wooden pallets present | Retain location and record scope. |
| Selection state | Material undecided | Do not mark plan selected. |
| Plan requirements | Next plan separately confirmed | Seek applicable wording. |
| Allocation basis | Inventory presence does not mean current allocation | Check location and allocation. |
| Confirmation applicability | Material corresponds to plan | Do not extend to all future plans. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Associated knowledge bases | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Citation output | The output is an array; an empty array can continue. |
Citation input handoff | Inspect citations actually received by the answer step. |
Citation display check | Trace displayed sources to their originals. |
Document-validity check | Inspect source identity and applicable version separately. |
Three common errors
First, existing wooden pallets may become suitable for the plan; inspect its actual material requirements. Second, an undecided request may become a completed selection; inspect selection or confirmation records. Third, inventory for another location may become available allocation here; inspect material location and applicable allocation evidence. These require fit conditions, decision state and inventory correspondence respectively. The existence of a warehouse record cannot establish direct usability, and none of these texts supplies an actual inbound result for the next plan.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should ask separately about stocktake observations, request state and plan gaps, keeping actual citation identities distinct. A direct-use answer should list unresolved material and allocation conditions without turning pending review into non-compliance. If citations contain only an older stocktake, inspect whether request and plan reached the answer; empty references cannot establish that no pallets exist. Later confirmation needs plan and location applicability checked before supporting current use. Confirmation for one preparation cannot extend automatically to every subsequent inbound arrangement or replace a later allocation record.
