What the documents look like
For procurement in Refund-only disputes, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Index replacement cartons, inner-item conditions and request attachments by evidence subject. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A proposed dispute-related procurement packet requests an outer carton, lists an empty box without its contents and says inner-item evidence will be photographed separately. A draft index claims damaged goods and whole-set replacement. The question asks whether a complete set is supported. The request concerns a container, the product excludes contents and inner condition is absent. Indexes should focus on these subjects and gaps instead of deriving damage from dispute context or converting a request for a box into approved whole-set replacement, confirmed supply or an observed customer outcome.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Original-data/index check | Specific subject relationship | Acceptance action |
|---|---|---|
| Procurement subject | Current request seeks one outer carton, a container only | Inspect its block with a carton question without expanding through dispute context. |
| Product composition | Product page explicitly supplies an empty box without goods | Inspect which contents the whole-set replacement index adds. |
| Observation state | Buyer will provide inner evidence later; no observation supplied | Returning the request establishes no delivered photo contents or damage evidence. |
| Old whole-set page | Earlier replacement may concern another request and item | Compare request identity and composition rather than transferring a service topic. |
| Business action | Carton request, purchase confirmation and dispatch need separate evidence | Inspect the supported stage without treating index wording as approval. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
First, an empty-box index may add contents; compare original composition with proposed wording and retain the exclusion. Second, evidence to follow may become confirmed damage; inspect attachments and actual observations rather than adding an event conclusion through the index. Third, a previous whole-set replacement page may answer the current carton question; compare request, subject and version instead of carrying it forward through a shared service topic. These concern composition, factual state and source correspondence. Retrieval similarity cannot decide replacement scope or supply the missing inner-item evidence.
How to verify the setup
Ask what is requested, what the empty box includes and what inner evidence is missing, inspecting actual references and linked blocks. After changes, repeat carton and whole-set questions to record whether gaps remain. Failure to find inner-item material establishes neither sound condition nor damage and no automatic purchasing refusal. This is a proposed text-relationship exercise without physical inspection. Model or index changes approve no refund and create no replacement order. They establish no real customer loss or actual procurement event beyond what the applicable source records independently support.
