What the documents look like
For procurement in Refund-only disputes, this page examines FastGPT workflow routing. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
A procurement workflow arising from a refund-only dispute can receive the customer’s question, warehouse dispatch statement and absent supplier response with separate source status. Proposed input contains no platform responsibility decision; a complaint does not establish a verified product problem. Distinguish statements from business records downstream and check order-to-item correspondence. This arrangement handles evidence rather than automatically investigating supplier responsibility or deciding procurement remedies.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Step | Proposed material | What to inspect |
|---|---|---|
| Statement status | Customer question marked as unresolved | Not converted into an inspection finding |
| Order correspondence | Item and warehouse dispatch record | Present identities supported by text |
| Branch source | Supplier choice receives delivery wording | Insufficient scope stays explicit |
| New statement | Repeat after this supplier response arrives | Output cites the actual addition |
| Handling action | Separate claim or procurement adjustment | Evidence workflow does not determine responsibility |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Form input node | Submitted form values pass to subsequent steps. |
User-selection node | Execution follows the connected selected branch. |
Interaction-state check | Inspect waiting and post-submission states. |
Output handoff check | Compare values passed between steps. |
External-operation responsibility | External business operations require an implementation. |
Three common errors
Losing an unresolved-status note can turn a customer statement into an inspection finding. Inspect entered and received text, restore its characterization and repeat. Test choices to obtain the supplier response or inspect warehouse evidence. If the supplier route receives only delivery wording, identify why it cannot establish supplier agreement. Traversing that option does not establish grounds for a claim. If warehouse dispatch wording becomes carrier collection, inspect its passage separately from this order’s collection evidence. Warehouse handling and logistics receipt are different stages; retain the missing receipt without borrowing the dispatch result.
How to verify the setup
Retain order correspondence, customer wording, warehouse sources and unanswered status. After the corresponding supplier statement arrives, repeat and inspect its actual use. Interaction waiting and continuation do not replace business approval. Supplier requests, procurement adjustments or claim registration need separate interfaces or procedures, authority and real results. Completion establishes neither responsibility, processed refund nor supplier acceptance of a remedy.
