What the documents look like
For procurement in Warehouse picking and packing, this page examines FastGPT citation tracing. Bundled-carton stock, individual-box fit and allocation require different evidence. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
A proposed warehouse procurement packet records bundled cartons in stock, a supplier sample sheet showing appearance and a requirement to check individual-box internal space. A question about sufficiency and fit lacks usable-box detail, internal specifications and the actual check result. Citations must preserve inventory unit and specification subject. Appearance cannot establish internal capacity, while bundled stock cannot establish that individual boxes have been allocated to this task. The packet deliberately supplies no quantities or dimensions from which a numerical or fit conclusion could be derived.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Procurement source check | Proposed material and scope | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| Inventory unit | Bundle | Do not invent usable-box conversion. |
| Specification subject | Individual internal space | Seek specifications or checking record. |
| Sample-sheet content | Appearance only | Do not infer internal capacity. |
| Allocation state | Earlier stock not necessarily reserved now | Check time, location and event. |
| Added detail | Material batch and preparation match | Check applicability before answering. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Associated knowledge bases | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Citation output | The output is an array; an empty array can continue. |
Citation input handoff | Inspect citations actually received by the answer step. |
Citation display check | Trace displayed sources to their originals. |
Document-validity check | Inspect source identity and applicable version separately. |
Three common errors
First, bundled stock may become a usable individual-box count; inspect breakdown and allocatable detail without inventing a conversion. Second, appearance may become internal fit; inspect actual specifications or checking records. Third, an earlier stocktake may become current reservation; inspect location, timing and actual allocation. These need unit relationships, specification evidence and inventory events respectively. A shared carton name cannot replace those checks, and the model must not add quantities or dimensions absent from the ordinary-text fixture to make the answer look complete.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should ask which unit the stocktake uses, what the sample sheet shows and what current fit still requires. Keep individual-box, internal-space and allocation gaps explicit without declaring sufficient or fits. If citations supply only a sample-sheet label, inspect whether specification text actually reached the answer; empty references cannot establish that cartons do not exist. Added details need material-batch and preparation-event correspondence before the same item question is answered. A single specification confirmation cannot establish usability of every carton held across the warehouse.
