What the documents look like
Franchise supervision differs from direct-operated fresh-food ordering because the headquarters supervises how franchisees carry out standards. Inventory procurement and supplier records appear in four document types: store visit forms, franchise contracts, rectification notices and display standards. Data sources include the supervisor app, POS sales, the franchise system and store photographs. These materials update weekly or monthly, so the HTTP module acts as a channel that retrieves records from external systems and sends supervisor-entered form values outward. Franchise disputes, brand damage and contract breach are the stated consequences of error, which means every value read or written through the interface must remain open to manual comparison.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
The HTTP module sends a request to a corresponding address. Params carry path request parameters, Body carries the request body, Headers carry special information, and all three can reference variables through double curly braces. Variables come from global variables, system variables and upstream node outputs. Among the system variables, chatId and responseChatItemId do not exist in test mode, so an empty value during debugging is an expected condition rather than a business fault.
Hypothetical paper exercise. A franchise contract annex states: "Party A provides Party B with the previous month's order reconciliation detail by the fifth day of each month; Party B confirms within three working days of receipt." A store visit form draft states: "This store has confirmed the March reconciliation detail." The pending request is to write this store's March reconciliation confirmation status into the franchise system through the HTTP interface. The contract wording only establishes that Party B should confirm within three working days. The store visit form draft supplies neither a confirmation date nor a confirming person, so the request remains pending verification and cannot be submitted as a confirmed fact.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical trial starting point | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Request address | Reconciliation detail query address given in the external interface document | Compare character by character against the address supplied by the franchise system, confirming no path difference |
| Request method | Selected according to the external interface document | Compare against the method declared in the external interface document |
| Params | Store identifier and month | Compare against the store and period in the store visit form and contract annex |
| Headers authentication | Credential injected through secure configuration | Compare against the key usage specification; credentials are not written into public samples |
| Body | Confirmation status and confirmation date fields | Compare field by field against the contract annex; when the confirmation date is absent, keep the record pending verification |
| Return value parsing | Confirmation status extracted by JSON path | Compare against the interface response example, confirming the extraction path and output type match |
Three common errors
- Treating a pending item as confirmed. The store visit form draft states "has confirmed the March reconciliation detail," while the contract annex only states that Party B should confirm within three working days, with no confirmation date or confirming person. The input is these two materials, the comparison object is the confirmation status field, and the observable result is that the draft wording cannot be supported by the contract text.
- Treating an empty chatId in test mode as an interface failure. The input is a test-mode request, the comparison object is the value of chatId and responseChatItemId, and the observable result is that these two fields being absent is an expected condition described in the documentation and does not constitute a fault.
- Treating an HTTP return value as a completed business action. The input is the confirmation status returned by the interface, the comparison object is the actual record for that store in the franchise system, and the observable result is that the return value represents only a parsing result; whether the write takes effect requires separate comparison against the downstream implementation.
How to verify the setup
- Take the contract annex text "Party A provides Party B with the previous month's order reconciliation detail by the fifth day of each month; Party B confirms within three working days of receipt" and compare it against the store visit form draft "This store has confirmed the March reconciliation detail." The input is the two materials, the comparison object is the subject, period and date fields of the confirmation action, and the condition for satisfaction is that the draft wording corresponds item by item to the fields in the contract text. At present the confirmation date and confirming person are missing, so the draft remains unsupported.
- Take the draft request "write this store's March reconciliation confirmation status into the franchise system" and compare it against the contract annex. The input is the request text and the contract text, the comparison object is the authorization boundary and the confirmation status, and the condition for satisfaction is that the confirmation fact relied on by the request has textual support. At present the request should be recorded as pending verification and not submitted as a write.
- Take one test-mode request and inspect the values of chatId and responseChatItemId. The input is the request record, the comparison object is the documented field state in test mode, and the condition for satisfaction is that empty values are recognized as an expected condition. If the same fields are empty outside test mode, record the case as pending verification without inferring a specific cause.
This page addresses only franchise store supervision, inventory procurement and supplier records, and HTTP interfaces with external systems. Whether materials, operations or requests are in an authorized state at operational handover cannot be resolved by retrieval or by a form. Retrieval is not authorization, and a relevance score does not act as a category, entity or permission filter. Forms collect values; business verification, approval, database writes and external synchronization require their stated downstream implementation.
