What the documents look like
This page addresses workflow routing for franchise fee and deposit settlement within inventory procurement and supplier records. The material set includes franchise fee invoices, deposit ledgers, deduction notices, and contract payment schedules. Industry material indicates that fee settlement focuses on funds and breach deductions, and does not handle government filing. The primary data sources are the finance system, franchise contracts, bank statements, and store violation records. Update frequency is monthly and per deduction event.
These facts shape what the routing nodes must do. The workflow routing step sits between document collection and any downstream business action. Form input nodes collect required fields such as supplier name, procurement amount, and deposit balance, then pass the submitted information to subsequent nodes. User selection nodes present a decision and execute the corresponding branch based on the user's choice. Both are interaction nodes: when triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded; after the user completes the interaction, execution continues. Retrieval locates contract payment schedules or deposit ledger text; retrieval results do not constitute authorization and do not replace the actual reconciliation of finance system or bank statement records.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
A hypothetical paper exercise sample is used below. It is labelled clearly and does not describe any real customer, real company, or actual event.
Material text supplied for comparison: "Supplier A and franchisee B signed an inventory procurement contract. The contract payment schedule states that the first instalment is payable before 10 March 2025. The deposit ledger shows that the deposit balance under B's name is RMB 50,000. The deduction notice states that due to a violation at B's store, a deduction of RMB 8,000 is proposed, and the notice status is pending review."
Draft sentence to be assessed: "The deposit balance of RMB 50,000 has been confirmed as sufficient to cover this deduction of RMB 8,000, and the deduction has been executed."
The draft sentence converts a pending-review status into an executed status and provides no authorization evidence that the deduction ground has been established. Routing nodes can collect fields and evaluate branches, but deduction execution, ledger update, and bank statement synchronization require a separate business interface or a subsequent process. The form input node collects required information; the user selection node executes the corresponding branch after the user makes a choice. The interaction state record is a behavior of the interaction node; no separate global state-recording switch is documented. The same-vector-model requirement for a retrieval library applies only within that retrieval library and does not extend to business registration websites or other external systems.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Interaction node | Collects required fields such as supplier name, procurement amount, and deposit balance; passes submitted information to subsequent nodes |
| User selection node | Interaction node | Sets a "yes" branch for whether the deduction ground is established; verify each branch connection individually |
| Output handover check | Implementation check | Pass collected information explicitly to subsequent retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes; compare each output against its input |
| Retrieval scope identifier | Implementation check | Verify the retrieval library vector model identifier; exclude cross-model library association |
| External operation division | Implementation check | Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or subsequent process |
| Hypothetical exercise starting value | Hypothetical starting value for this exercise | The proposed deduction amount of RMB 8,000 is used as the starting value for this exercise; the reason for selecting it is that the sample text states this figure, and the comparison method is item-by-item comparison against the deposit ledger balance of RMB 50,000 |
Three common errors
- Treating a pending-review deduction notice as an executed deduction. Input: the sample text field "notice status is pending review." Comparison object: the draft sentence "the deduction has been executed." Observable result: the status field is inconsistent, and the draft sentence is unsupported.
- Treating a retrieval hit for a contract payment schedule as payment authorization. Input: the contract payment schedule text returned by retrieval. Comparison object: the actual payment record in the bank statement or finance system. Observable result: payment execution evidence is absent, and the retrieval result does not constitute authorization.
- Treating a deposit balance field collected by the form as an updated ledger. Input: the balance value submitted through the form. Comparison object: the deposit ledger text. Observable result: the form value has not been written back to the ledger; the ledger update requires a separate business interface.
How to verify the setup
- Using the sample text and the draft sentence, check whether the draft sentence converts "pending review" into "executed." Input: the deduction notice status field in the sample. Comparison object: the corresponding wording in the draft sentence. The condition is met when the draft sentence preserves the "pending review" status or clearly notes the authorization evidence gap.
- Using the deposit ledger balance of RMB 50,000 and the proposed deduction of RMB 8,000 from the sample, check whether the comparison uses the same subject, the same period, and the same field. Input: the ledger balance and the deduction amount. Comparison object: the numerical relationship between them. The condition is met when the output shows that the balance exceeds the deduction amount and states that the deduction has not been executed.
- Using the supplier record handover request in the sample, check whether the retrieval result is treated as authorization. Input: the contract payment schedule returned by retrieval. Comparison object: the authorization evidence required for deduction execution. The condition is met when the output distinguishes retrieval results from business authorization and records the missing authorization evidence.
