What the documents look like
For procurement in Brand outlet operations, this page examines FastGPT scheduled workflows. Outlet preparation review separates slow-moving origins, existing stock and pending demand. An updated list does not automatically create a replenishment decision. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the scheduled workflows step
Proposed preparation material contains slow-moving goods, an approval limited to one line and a purchase list that also includes new products. Periodic review checks new demand and applicability without deriving that demand from old slow stock. Establish the deployment’s available trigger and read method, then inspect inventory origins acquired this run. A refreshed filename does not establish changed stock, and approval cannot cover unlisted merchandise.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Outlet preparation review | Proposed demand distinction | Current check |
|---|---|---|
| Slow-stock origin | Earlier merchandise | Not new-product demand |
| Purchase list | New products included | Actual demand needed |
| Approval scope | One line | Not unlisted merchandise |
| Stock timing | Current origin needed | Filename update is not stock change |
| Formal order | Actual record absent | Trigger is not procurement |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Trigger responsibility | Inspect the available trigger and responsible component. |
Data reads | External read interfaces require explicit configuration. |
HTTP requests | Construct requests and check variables against the external contract. |
Repeated-trigger responsibility | Implement deduplication, idempotency and writes explicitly. |
Execution records | Inspect actual triggers, inputs and business responses. |
Three common errors
Old stock used to infer new demand needs actual demand evidence. Product-line approval extended to new merchandise needs applicability passages. A file update promoted to ordering needs the real purchase record. These inspect demand inference, coverage and execution independently of periodic runs.
How to verify the setup
Retain trigger details, input passages and results. Added new-product demand changes supported entries only. Unclear current stock cannot reuse prior conclusions, and read failures remain collection tasks rather than confirmed plans. Purchasing, stock changes and label handling need separate authority and receipts. Deduplication and writes follow actual implementation; task output establishes neither completed disposal nor completed procurement.
