What the documents look like
Export tax rebate filing happens after goods leave the country, and the work centers on matching tax vouchers. For the inventory procurement and supplier records task, the relevant materials are purchase invoices, export customs declarations, foreign exchange receipts, and the purchase inbound records and supplier billing details that sit behind them. Data updates monthly or per batch. The people handling this step are foreign trade enterprise finance staff, tax accountants, and documentation clerks. When this step goes wrong, the consequences are delayed rebates, denied rebates, or tax risk. Because of that, the subject, object, status, and validity scope carried in an HTTP request have to be checked item by item. A form entry or a retrieval hit does not amount to business authorization.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
The HTTP module sends a request to a configured address. Params carry path request parameters and are common in GET requests. Body carries the request body and is common in POST and PUT requests. Headers carry request headers used to pass special information. All three can reference variables through {{}}, and the URL can also reference variables. Variables come from global variables, system variables, and upstream node outputs. Return values are not the interface's return values; they are configured to parse the interface response, using JSON path syntax to extract values. When the output type is set to string, the value at the corresponding key is converted to a JSON string.
Among the system variables, chatId and responseChatItemId do not exist in test mode. An empty value seen during debugging belongs to the debug state and does not establish a business fault. In the chat interface, fields such as model and temperature have no effect; these are determined by the orchestration. With detail=true, the tokens inside responseData can be read manually. An interactive node returns an interactive object that contains only type and params; internal runtime fields such as entryNodeIds, memoryEdges, nodeOutputs, and nodeResponseId are not returned. Form input requires serializing an object into a string as the messages content, and the chatId must stay consistent. Retrieval and similarity affect returned content only; they do not carry permission or entity isolation. Retrieval is not authorization.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a foreign trade enterprise finance staff member processes a batch of exported goods in March 2025 and plans to send purchase inbound information to an external supplier system through the HTTP module. The material text available for comparison reads: "Purchase inbound record number RK-2025-0312, supplier name Ningbo XX Trading Co., Ltd., purchase invoice number 04412345, invoice date March 10, 2025, goods received into inventory, amount 86,000 yuan." The draft sentence to be assessed reads: "This batch of procurement has completed the tax rebate filing, and the supplier records have passed review." The phrases "has completed the tax rebate filing" and "have passed review" do not appear in the material text and remain unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Assumed starting point for this exercise | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Request address | The purchase inbound interface address provided by the external supplier system | Compare word by word against the external interface document; the address may reference provided variables |
| Request method | POST | Compare against the external interface contract; Body takes effect only under the corresponding request type |
| Headers authentication | Authorization references a credential held in secure configuration | The credential is not written into public samples; compare against the header field required by the interface document |
| Body fields | Inbound record number, supplier name, invoice number, invoice date, amount | Compare field by field against the material text; confirm field names and value types match |
| Return value extraction | Extract the business status field by JSON path | Compare against the interface response example; confirm the extraction path exists |
| chatId handling | A fixed session identifier is used in this exercise | Compare against the interface requirement; confirm it is non-empty and shorter than 250 characters |
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit or a form entry as authorized execution. The input is the supplier name "Ningbo XX Trading Co., Ltd."; the comparison object is whether the material text states an authorization or review conclusion; the observable result is that the text does not contain "have passed review," so the draft sentence remains unsupported.
- Treating a debug-state empty value as a business fault. The input is that chatId and responseChatItemId do not exist in test mode; the comparison object is the documented test-mode condition; the observable result is that the empty value belongs to the debug state and does not establish missing business data.
- Treating the display configuration returned by an interactive node as internal runtime state. The input is that interactive contains only
typeandparams; the comparison object is the documented non-return of entryNodeIds, memoryEdges, nodeOutputs, and nodeResponseId; the observable result is that these fields are absent by interface design and do not support an inference of workflow abnormality.
How to verify the setup
- Input the inbound record number RK-2025-0312 and invoice number 04412345 from the material text; compare the corresponding field values in Body against the text word by word; the observable result is that the field values match and carry no extra inference.
- Input the draft sentence "This batch of procurement has completed the tax rebate filing, and the supplier records have passed review"; compare whether the material text states completion of the tax rebate filing and passing of review; the observable result is that the text does not state these, so the sentence remains unsupported and the evidence gap must be recorded.
- Input the JSON response returned by the external interface; compare the extraction result of the configured JSON path against the actual response structure; the observable result is that the extracted value exists and its type matches the expectation. If that path does not exist in the response, record it as pending verification rather than inferring an interface fault.
