What the documents look like
Multi-warehouse allocation happens at the order routing stage and determines which warehouse ships an order. This places it at a different position from courier handover. For the inventory procurement and supplier records task, the working documents are allocation rules, inventory synchronization tables, transfer orders, and shortage alerts. Data sources named in the brief are WMS, OMS, ERP inventory, and platform inventory interfaces, with update frequencies given as daily and hourly. This page does not infer batch synchronization, full synchronization, real-time triggers, or transaction-triggered mechanisms from those frequencies.
In this task, workflow routing handles the subjects, objects, and states that appear in those documents. The form input node and the user selection node carry information collection and branch judgment, and the collected information passes to later nodes for use. The form input node enters an interaction state when triggered, records the workflow state, and continues execution after the user completes the interaction. The user selection node evaluates the user's choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. The interaction state is behavior of the interaction nodes; this page does not add a separate global state-recording switch.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
Collected information must be explicitly passed to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, and outputs are compared against inputs item by item. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval and forms do not constitute authorized execution. During operational handover, the authorization state of materials, operations, and requests is checked separately. Semantic recall and relevance scores do not perform permission or entity isolation.
A pending request is not an approval. An offered option is not execution. An unsigned termination is not a completed termination. A relevance score is not a category, entity, or permission filter, and a similarity setting does not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorized records. A test that needs a number, model, rule, or identifier must first provide the complete clearly labelled hypothetical source text and context; no such value is implied to have existed in real records or to have been tested.
Assumed drill sample: a supply chain planning role, on the assumed date 10 March 2025, submits a supplier replenishment handover request for East China warehouse and South China warehouse inventory procurement records. The request carries the status "pending review." Later nodes are intended to collect the replenishment quantity and the expected arrival date.
Source text for checking: "On 10 March 2025, a supply chain planning role submitted a supplier replenishment handover request for the East China warehouse and the South China warehouse, status pending review, replenishment quantity 100 units, expected arrival date 20 March 2025."
Draft sentence awaiting judgment: "This request has been approved and replenishment can be arranged."
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks tied to this page's documents, organized around the assumed drill sample.
| Configuration item | Setting or check content | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Enters the interaction state when triggered and collects the required replenishment quantity and expected arrival date | Corresponds to the fields to be collected in the sample |
| User selection node | Executes the "yes" branch after the user makes a choice | Used to judge whether the handover request continues |
| Interaction state check | Recording the state is behavior of the interaction node; no separate global switch is added | The sample enters the interaction state after submission |
| Output handoff check | Explicitly passes collected information to a later retrieval or judgment node | The replenishment quantity passes to a later node |
| External operation division | Order writes and external status synchronization connect to a separate business interface | The pending review status in the sample does not change because of form submission |
| Assumed trial starting value | Replenishment quantity starting value set to 100 units, chosen to allow comparison with the transfer order quantity; compared against the actual transfer order quantity | Assumed for this drill only, not an official default |
Three common errors
- Treating information submitted through the form input node as authorized execution. In the sample the handover request is marked pending review; submitting the form only collects the replenishment quantity and expected arrival date. The pending review status does not become approved through submission. Without an output handoff from an approval node, the authorization remains incomplete.
- Treating the "yes" branch of the user selection node as business approval. That branch only means the corresponding path executes after the user makes a choice. In the sample, even if "yes" is selected, the later connection to an approval interface is still checked. When no such interface is connected, the approval fact remains missing.
- Treating a retrieval result or relevance score as a permission or entity filter. When retrieving inventory procurement records in the sample, the relevance score does not exclude supplier records that the requester is not entitled to view. The scope of access rights is checked separately.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text "On 10 March 2025, a supply chain planning role submitted a supplier replenishment handover request for the East China warehouse and the South China warehouse, status pending review, replenishment quantity 100 units, expected arrival date 20 March 2025." Compare whether the form input node output contains the replenishment quantity and the expected arrival date, and compare whether the status field remains pending review. If the output fields are complete and the status has not become approved, the condition is met. If the status has been changed to approved, the authorization boundary has been crossed.
- Input the sample draft sentence "This request has been approved and replenishment can be arranged." Compare that sentence with the "pending review" status in the sample source text. If the draft sentence claims approval while the source text shows only pending review, the sentence is unsupported. If the draft sentence is changed to "This request is in pending review status," it is consistent with the source text.
- Input the record of the "yes" selection in the user selection node from the sample, and compare whether the later node connects to an approval interface or a manual check action. If the later stage only executes the "yes" branch without an approval output, the approval fact remains missing. If an explicit approval interface output exists and the status is updated to approved, approval is complete. All of the above are paper checks; no deployment or test was performed.
The primary task on this page is copy drafting against the supplied source wording and its limitations. The draft sentence is inspected against the sample source text and its pending review status. The checks above do not extend into identity certification, report analysis, or any other task. Where a document field is not provided, it remains unknown. Missing evidence remains missing.
