What the documents look like
Paid placement in marketplace advertising adjusts bids against traffic and conversion in near real time, and platform campaign review is not the main gate for spend. For inventory procurement and supplier materials, the working documents are the placement plan, the keyword report, the audience package description, and the conversion attribution table. A placement specialist or an agency buyer passes these materials between hands, and the same batch has to carry procurement quantity, supplier name, quotation validity period, and authorization scope so that a later reviewer can compare them. Data sources named in the brief are Juliang Qianchuan, JD Kuaiche, Alimama, and store transaction data, with daily or hourly updates; that cadence changes how often material versions move, and it does not change how a scheduled task is triggered.
Constraints at the scheduled workflows step
The HTTP request node can be added repeatedly, is configured manually, and executes on trigger. System variables include appId, chatId, responseChatItemId, variables, cTime, and histories; histories takes at most 10 entries by default and its length cannot be modified. Params, Headers, Body, and URL can all reference variables through {{}}, drawing on global variables, system variables, or the output of an earlier node. Return values depend on JSON path extraction, and output formatting mainly converts json into string.
Whether a scheduled trigger is carried by an application scheduling capability or by an external scheduler has to be checked against the actual version and its available entry point. External data is read through an interface that has been configured; a scheduled trigger does not by itself establish a connection to a business system. Deduplication, idempotency, and business writes need explicit design in the interface or in a later flow. An execution record has to be compared on trigger time, actual input, returned result, and business state; a task existing does not mean it executed successfully. Retrieval and forms do not constitute authorization, and procurement approval, supplier admission, database writes, and external synchronization each require a separate system implementation.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below concerns a hypothetical drill sample and lists officially described settings or implementation checks tied to this feature and this primary task.
| Configuration item | Setting or check | Basis and boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger responsibility | Check whether this run is started by the application scheduling capability or by an external scheduler, and record the entry name and version | Check against the actual version; do not assume it is enabled by default |
| Request method | Check GET or POST and similar methods against the external interface documentation | The documentation does not give a specific interface binding |
| Headers | Pass Authorization and similar headers in the form {{token}} | Variables come from global, system, or earlier node output |
| Body variable reference | Strings take ""; number, boolean, array, and object are referenced directly by type | Takes effect only under specific request types |
| Return value extraction | Configure a key with a JSON path such as $.data.user.name | Output formatting mainly converts json into string |
| Execution record check | Compare trigger time, actual input, returned result, and business state | A task existing does not mean it executed successfully |
Hypothetical drill sample: a placement specialist submits an inventory procurement handover sheet. The material text reads: "Supplier: a certain advertising materials supplier in East China; procurement object: 500 in-site traffic packages; quotation valid until June 30, 2025; authorization scope: for use in this placement plan only." The draft sentence to be judged is: "This supplier has been authorized to execute this procurement." The source text states only that the authorization scope is limited to use in this placement plan; it does not state approval signature or contract effectiveness, so the draft sentence is not supported.
If a numeric starting point is needed for the drill, use 500 packages as the procurement object quantity stated in the sample text, chosen because it is the figure the handover sheet itself carries, and compare it against the quantity field in the placement plan; this is a hypothetical starting value for this drill, not an official default.
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit or a completed form as completed authorization. The input is the handover sheet text above; the comparison object is the sentence "authorization scope: for use in this placement plan only"; the observable result is that the text contains no approval, signature, or effectiveness wording, so procurement cannot be judged authorized.
- Treating a scheduled trigger as an established business system connection. The input is the trigger entry name; the comparison object is whether the interface configuration has method, Headers, and Body filled in; the observable result is that when the configuration is empty, external data is not read.
- Treating a task existing as successful execution. The input is the task record; the comparison object is trigger time, actual input, and returned result; the observable result is that when the returned result is absent, the business state cannot be confirmed.
How to verify the setup
- Check one: take the handover sheet text above and the draft sentence "This supplier has been authorized to execute this procurement." Compare the authorization scope in the source with the draft sentence on subject, object, period, and field. The sentence is supported only when the source carries an approval or effectiveness record in the same field; the current finding is not supported.
- Check two: take the trigger entry name and the interface configuration. Compare method, Headers, and Body against the external interface documentation. The condition is met only when all three match the documentation and the returned result can be extracted; when the configuration is empty, record it as a gap.
- Check three: take the task record. Compare whether trigger time, actual input, returned result, and business state are all present. The condition is met only when all four can be checked; when the returned result is absent, keep it as pending verification. Retrieval and relevance scores do not carry permission or entity isolation; an empty result can be checked downstream with the explicit paper input
[], without claiming that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns empty.
