What the documents look like
Low-price campaign operations on Pinduoduo revolve around low-price resource slots, campaign inventory and refund-rate movement. Working materials include campaign registration forms, product cost calculation sheets, after-sales refund records and platform internal messages. In the procurement and supplier-data step, these materials appear daily or once per campaign, and a purchasing decision compares the registered quantity on a registration form, the purchase unit price on a cost sheet, and the available quantity on a supplier record.
A campaign registration form can carry the campaign date range, the registered product, the registered quantity and a registration status. A product cost calculation sheet can carry a purchase unit price, a calculation date and a preparer role. A supplier record can carry an available quantity and a quotation validity period. These fields serve different purposes. A registered quantity states what the seller entered for a slot. An available quantity states what a supplier page reports. A quotation validity period states how long a price quote holds, and it does not state that supply is confirmed or that any order may be placed automatically.
Constraints at the scheduled workflows step
At this step, a scheduled workflow reads external data on a schedule, sends requests according to an interface document, and keeps an execution record. Trigger responsibility must be settled first: whether the application's own scheduling capability fires the workflow or an external scheduler does so depends on the actual version in use, and the available entry point is checked against that version. A scheduled trigger does not by itself create a connection to an ERP or supplier system; external data is read through an interface that has already been configured.
The HTTP request method, request headers and request body are checked against the external interface document. Deduplication, idempotency and business writes require explicit design in the interface or in a downstream flow. An execution record is checked for trigger time, actual input, returned result and business status. The presence of a task configuration does not show that execution succeeded, and a pending request is not an approval.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. The material text supplied for review consists of three sentences. First, a campaign registration form states: "The campaign runs from 10 June 2025 to 12 June 2025; the registered product is Model A; the registered quantity is 2,000 units; the registration status is submitted." Second, a product cost calculation sheet states: "The purchase unit price for Model A is 12 yuan; the calculation date is 1 June 2025; the preparer is the procurement role." Third, a supplier record states: "The available quantity for Model A is 1,500 units; the quotation validity period is 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2025." The draft sentence to be assessed is: "On the basis of the above materials, the 2,000 units of Model A have been confirmed as available by the supplier, and a scheduled workflow can be arranged to place the order automatically." This draft sentence treats a registered quantity as a supplier-confirmed quantity and assumes automatic ordering by a scheduled workflow. Neither point has support in the materials.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Setting or check for this page | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger method | Check whether the application scheduling capability or an external scheduler fires the workflow; confirm the entry point against the actual version | The sample does not state a trigger source; manual confirmation is required |
| Request method | Check GET or POST against the external interface document | The sample provides no interface document; the method is unknown |
| Request headers | Check fields such as Authorization against the interface document | The token source and value are not stated |
| Request body | Check fields and variable references against the interface document | Whether a purchase-quantity field includes the registered quantity needs checking |
| Output extraction | Configure keys using JSON path syntax | The response structure is not stated; the extraction path remains undetermined |
| Execution record | Check trigger time, actual input, returned result and business status | The sample has no execution record, so execution cannot be confirmed |
Three common errors
- Treating the registered quantity on a campaign registration form as the supplier-available quantity. In the sample the registered quantity is 2,000 units while the supplier record states an available quantity of 1,500 units. The two values come from different subjects and different fields, so they cannot be equated.
- Treating the quotation validity period as a supply period or as authorization to execute. In the sample the quotation validity period runs from 1 June to 30 June. That date range does not state that the supplier has confirmed supply, and it does not state that automatic ordering may proceed.
- Treating the existence of a scheduled task as successful execution or as a completed business write. The sample has no trigger time, returned result or business status record. A task configuration does not show that a procurement action occurred.
How to verify the setup
- Input the three sample sentences and the draft sentence. Compare "the 2,000 units have been confirmed as available by the supplier" in the draft sentence with "the available quantity is 1,500 units" on the supplier record, checking whether the subject and the field are the same. If the quantities differ or the fields differ, the draft sentence does not hold.
- Input "a scheduled workflow can be arranged to place the order automatically" from the draft sentence together with the sample materials. Compare whether the materials state any authorization to execute or any automatic-ordering clause. If no such clause is stated, the conclusion remains unverified and the evidence gap is recorded.
- Input the execution-record check items together with the sample. Compare whether a trigger time, actual input, returned result and business status exist. If all are absent, the task cannot be judged as executed and the purchase cannot be judged as completed; the status remains unknown.
A relevance score is not a category, entity or permission filter, and retrieval does not grant authorization. Forms collect values; business verification, approval, database writes and external synchronization require their stated downstream implementation. Where a documented error code or an actual observation is absent, the comparison and the remaining unknown are recorded rather than a deterministic failure cause.
