What the documents look like
Producer export tax processes combine the offset of domestic sales tax with the calculation of refundable tax. This combined calculation means inventory procurement and supplier records cannot be organized only around export data. The routine documents include the exemption, offset and refund declaration schedule, export contracts, the sales subsidiary ledger and export customs declarations. The material update frequency is monthly. The correspondence between inventory procurement records, supplier invoices and exported goods is the basis for collecting self-produced exports and calculating the exemption, offset and refund.
Scheduled workflows and automation on this page handle only document reading, request initiation and the comparison of execution records. They do not perform the tax calculation itself. External data is read through a configured interface. A scheduled trigger does not by itself establish a connection to a business system. The HTTP module can be added repeatedly, is configured manually and is triggered to execute, sending a request to the corresponding address. Params, Body and Headers can all reference variables through {{}}, and variables come from global variables, system variables and upstream node output. System variables include appId, chatId, responseChatItemId, variables, cTime and histories. The histories variable takes at most 10 records by default and its length cannot be modified. Return values are extracted through a JSON path, and when the output type is set to string the value of the corresponding key is converted to a json string. De-duplication, idempotency and business writes need to be designed explicitly in the interface or a downstream flow. The existence of a task does not replace successful execution.
Constraints at the scheduled workflows step
The following hypothetical drill sample is used only for this page. A producer export enterprise intends in July 2024 to read inventory procurement records through the HTTP module. The source text provided for comparison reads: "Purchase receipt PR-2024-0712, supplier Company A, material Type A component, quantity 500 pieces, receipt date 12 July 2024, corresponding export contract HT-2024-07." The draft sentence reads: "This batch of Type A components has all been used in the July exemption, offset and refund declaration." The request awaiting determination reads: "Please have the scheduled task automatically read last month's purchase receipts on the 5th of each month and write them into the declaration schedule."
The source text states only the receipt fact. It does not state issuance to production or declaration attribution, so the draft sentence is not supported and requires issuance records before it can be rechecked. The request awaiting determination is in a pending review state. A pending request does not show a lack of operating authority and does not constitute approval. Writing into the declaration schedule requires a separate system implementation and remains to be verified.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this feature and the primary task, using the sample above. The values are hypothetical starting points for this trial and are not official defaults. The reason for each choice and the comparison method are stated together.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this trial | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger method | External scheduling trigger | The documentation does not describe a built-in scheduled entry; check the available entry against the actual version and compare with a manual trigger result |
| Request method | POST | The sample submits query conditions; compare word by word with the method declared in the interface documentation |
| Request body variable | "{{supplier}}" | References the supplier name from upstream node output; compare with the supplier field in the purchase receipt source text |
| Return value extraction key | data.list[0].name | Extracts the material name from the response by JSON path; compare with the material field in the receipt |
| Output type | String | The documentation states this type converts the key value to a json string; compare with the input requirement of downstream text processing |
| Execution record fields | Trigger time, actual input, returned result | The documentation requires checking these three items; compare item by item with the business status record |
Three common errors
- Treating a scheduled trigger as an established business system connection. The error is assuming that a running task completes the reading of procurement records. Check: input the scheduled request from the sample, compare the trigger record with the actual reading result of the purchase receipt, and if the record contains no actual input and no returned result, the connection is not established.
- Treating retrieval or a form as authorized execution. The error is treating the request awaiting determination as approved for writing into the declaration schedule. Check: input the draft sentence and the request awaiting determination, compare the authorization state with the business write action, and if there is only a request and no approval record, the write has not occurred.
- Treating a similarity setting as an entity or permission filter. The error is assuming that a relevance score can exclude unrelated supplier records. Check: input the supplier name query, compare the returned records with the target supplier identifier, and if the return contains records of other suppliers, the filter has not taken effect.
How to verify the setup
- Verification one: input the sample source text and the draft sentence, and compare "has all been used in the July exemption, offset and refund declaration" with the receipt quantity, date and contract correspondence stated in the source text. The source text states only the receipt fact and does not state issuance or declaration attribution. The draft sentence is not supported and requires issuance records before rechecking.
- Verification two: input the request awaiting determination, and compare the authorization state in the request with the write action. The request is in a pending review state. This does not show a lack of operating authority and does not constitute approval. Writing into the declaration schedule requires a separate system implementation and currently remains to be verified.
- Verification three: input the return value extraction configuration from the sample, and compare the extraction result with the interface response source text. If
data.list[0].nameexists in the response and matches the material field in the receipt, the extraction configuration meets the condition. If that path does not exist, record it as unsupported without inferring a cause of interface failure. An empty result can be checked against the downstream design using the paper input[], without claiming that retrieval necessarily returns[].
Verification four: input the execution record fields from the configuration table, and compare the trigger time, actual input and returned result against the business status record for the same task run. If the trigger time is present but either the actual input or the returned result is absent, the record is incomplete and successful execution is not supported. If all three fields are present and consistent with the business status record, the execution record condition is satisfied. This check does not confirm that any downstream write occurred.
