What the documents look like
Cold-chain store receiving for fresh goods turns on four document families: cold-chain temperature records, arrival acceptance sheets, rejection slips, and supplier delivery notes. Compared with fruit procurement, these materials centre on transport temperature and arrival batch, and do not cover origin price enquiry. Sources named in the brief are cold-chain vehicle temperature control, the WMS, the store receiving system, and quality-inspection photographs. The brief gives an update rhythm of every batch and daily. Typical operating parties are fresh warehouse distribution, store receiving, and quality inspectors. The consequences of error listed in the brief are spoiled ingredients, supplier disputes, and regulatory penalties.
For workflow routing, the temperature record and the acceptance sheet must be gathered at receiving time through an interaction node, and the rejection reason must be entered by a person and then passed to later nodes. The batch identifier and the measured temperature are the values that later retrieval, judgement, or interface nodes need to receive.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node is a user-interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and the workflow continues downward after the user completes the interaction. Once the user fills the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form values and passes them to later nodes. The User Selection node is also a user-interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters the interaction state and the workflow state is recorded; when the user makes a choice, the node judges that choice and executes the corresponding branch. The basic use is to pose a question requiring a decision and route the workflow according to the feedback.
Recording the interaction state is the behaviour of these nodes. The documents do not describe a separate global state switch, and none should be claimed. The collected temperature value, batch number, and rejection reason must be explicitly passed to later retrieval, judgement, or interface nodes. Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronisation require a separate business interface or a later process; the orchestration itself does not perform those business actions. A pending request is not an approval, and an offered option is not an execution.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. The material text to be checked is an arrival acceptance sheet reading: "10 March 2025, cold-chain vehicle A, batch B240310, arrival temperature 4.2 degrees Celsius, sampling inspection passed, received quantity 120 boxes." A draft sentence to be judged reads: "This batch has passed acceptance and the warehouse write can be executed." The subject required for judgement is batch B240310, the object is the arrival acceptance sheet, the status is that acceptance information has been submitted, and the effective scope is 10 March 2025. The draft sentence merges the submission of acceptance information with the warehouse write and provides no evidence that a business interface was executed.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Documented in official material | Triggering enters the interaction state, collects required information, and passes it to later nodes |
| User Selection node | Documented in official material | After the user chooses, the corresponding branch is executed; verify each branch connection |
| Interaction state check | Implementation check | Verify whether the node records state; do not add or claim a separate global state switch |
| Output handover check | Implementation check | Compare collected information against the inputs of later retrieval, judgement, or interface nodes |
| External action split | Implementation check | Order writing, document backfill, and external synchronisation require a separate business interface |
| Hypothetical exercise starting value | Hypothetical exercise starting value | This exercise compares against the 4.2 degrees Celsius and the acceptance sheet text; the value is chosen because the sample already states it |
Three common errors
- Treating acceptance information collected by the Form Input node as a completed warehouse write. Input: the acceptance sheet text in the hypothetical sample. Comparison: the draft sentence "the warehouse write can be executed." Observable result: the draft sentence supplies no evidence that a business interface was executed.
- Treating execution of a User Selection branch as authorisation approval. Input: the selection record for batch B240310 in the hypothetical sample. Comparison: whether separate approval signature material exists. Observable result: approval evidence is absent.
- Treating a retrieval result as a permission filter. Input: the retrieval request for batch B240310 in the hypothetical sample. Comparison: whether the retrieval scope contains that batch identifier. Observable result: a retrieval result does not constitute evidence of permission or entity isolation.
How to verify the setup
- Input the acceptance sheet text and the draft sentence from the hypothetical sample. Compare whether the draft sentence separates submission of acceptance information from the warehouse write. The condition is met when the draft sentence lacks evidence of business interface execution and is therefore judged unsupported.
- Input the selection record for batch B240310 from the hypothetical sample. Compare it against whether separate approval signature material exists. The condition is met when approval material is absent and the matter is recorded as pending verification.
- Input the retrieval request for batch B240310 from the hypothetical sample. Compare the retrieval scope against the target batch identifier. The condition is met when the retrieval result is recorded as not constituting evidence of permission or entity isolation.
