Livestream violation appeals: HTTP integrations for procurement

Review HTTP integrations for procurement in Livestream violation appeals. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Livestream violation appeals address penalties that have already been issued, so the evidence chain must be reconstructed after the fact. For inventory procurement and supplier records, the working file typically contains purchase orders, supplier qualification documents, inbound receipts, and stock records that are meant to show where a penalized product came from and how its inventory status can be traced. The platform violation center, livestream replay, customer service records, and product qualification library are the main data sources. Updates are irregular and are triggered by each violation rather than by a fixed schedule.

At the HTTP integrations step, the task is to send fields from those procurement and supplier documents to an external system through an interface, or to retrieve a verification result from that external system. The documents themselves do not constitute authorization, and an interface call does not equal a business approval. This distinction matters because an appeal file often contains a pending request that looks like a completed action.

Constraints at the HTTP integrations step

The HTTP module sends a request to a corresponding address, and its operation is similar to tools such as Postman and ApiFox. Params are path request parameters, used mostly in GET requests. Body is the request body, used mostly in POST and PUT requests. Headers carry special information. All three data types can reference variables through {{}}, and the URL can also reference variables. Variables come from global variables, system variables, and preceding node outputs. System variables include appId, chatId, responseChatItemId, variables, cTime, and histories; chatId and responseChatItemId do not exist in test mode. Return values are extracted through JSON path syntax. Output formatting was added after v4.6.8 and mainly converts JSON into a string; when the output type is set to string, the value of the corresponding key is converted into a JSON string.

Hypothetical drill sample: a shop receives a violation notice stating that a batch of goods it sold lacks supplier qualification. The material text for verification contains three sentences. First, the violation notice states that the penalized subject is the livestream room of Shop A, the violation date is March 10, 2025, and the product involved is a certain model of stock goods. Second, the purchase order shows that the batch was shipped by Supplier B on February 20, 2025, in a quantity of 200 units. Third, the supplier qualification document states that the qualification is valid until January 31, 2025. The pending handover request to be judged is: submit this batch's purchase order and supplier qualification to the external system through the HTTP interface, and request automatic confirmation that the qualification is valid. In this request, the qualification expiry date already falls before the violation date, and the material text shows only the expiry date without any renewal or extension clause. Whether the qualification covers the violation date is therefore unsupported and requires manual verification.

Configuration and implementation checks

The table below is tied to the hypothetical sample and lists only settings or implementation checks that the supplied official documents describe for this feature and primary task.

Configuration itemHypothetical starting value for this drillReason for the choice and comparison method
Request address and methodFill in according to the external interface document; the address may reference variablesCheck item by item against the external interface contract; no fixed address is presumed
Headers authenticationAuthorization is injected through secure configurationCompare with the authentication requirement in the external interface document; do not write it into a public sample
Body structureReference the purchase order number, supplier name, and qualification expiry date fieldsCheck field by field against the JSON structure in the external interface contract
Variable referencesReference the order number and qualification file fields from preceding node outputsCheck each actual passed value against the material text
Return value extractionExtract the verification status returned by the external system through JSON pathCompare with the actual fields in the external interface response; do not presume success or failure
Debug identity fieldschatId and responseChatItemId do not exist in test modeDo not treat empty debug values as a business fault; check test and production environments separately

Three common errors

  1. Submitting a qualification document whose validity has expired to the external system and requesting automatic confirmation of validity. The input is the supplier qualification document above. The comparison object is the qualification expiry date against the violation date. The observable result is that the expiry date falls before the violation date and the material states no renewal clause, so the automatic confirmation request lacks a basis.
  2. Treating the HTTP interface call as completed business authorization or approval. The input is the pending handover request. The comparison object is the action "request automatic confirmation that the qualification is valid" against the material text. The observable result is that the material shows only the expiry date and states no authorization or approval conclusion; the interface call produces no approval effect.
  3. Treating the absence of chatId and responseChatItemId in test mode as an interface fault. The input is a request made in test mode. The comparison object is the documented condition that these fields are absent in test mode. The observable result is that these two fields do not exist in test mode by design, so they must be checked separately from the production environment and must not be used to judge a business exception.

How to verify the setup

  1. For the hypothetical drill sample, input the supplier qualification document text and the pending handover request. Compare the qualification expiry date with the violation date. The expected observation is that the expiry date is earlier than the violation date and there is no renewal clause, so the judgment "qualification is valid" is unsupported and requires manual verification; automatic confirmation is not executed.
  2. For the hypothetical drill sample, input the purchase order text and the HTTP request Body fields. Compare the order number, supplier name, shipment date, and quantity against the material text. The expected observation is that the fields correspond item by item; if a field not stated in the material appears, record it as a gap rather than filling it in.
  3. For the hypothetical drill sample, input the verification status returned by the external system and the action "automatically confirm that the qualification is valid" in the request. Compare the extracted return value with the actual response fields. The expected observation is that if the returned status does not indicate a completed approval, record it as pending verification and do not equate the interface return with a completed business approval or effective authorization.
