What the documents look like
Group-buy leader operations revolve around community nodes and commission management. The work does not directly involve cold-chain quality inspection. For inventory procurement and supplier records, the documents in scope are leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists, and community announcements. These materials come from the group-buy platform back office, leader community groups, order details, and after-sales records. They update daily or per group. Errors in this area lead to leader attrition, wrong or missed deliveries, and community complaints.
The structures differ by document type. A leader agreement contains parties, term, and clauses. A commission table contains tiers and settlement definitions. A pickup list contains items, quantities, and pickup points. An announcement contains time and scope. Chunking must preserve the correspondence between these fields and the content they constrain.
Constraints at the document chunking step
Chunking follows the structure of each document type. Conditions, explanations, and the content they constrain stay in the same chunk. Original data and retrieval indexes are distinct: one group of original data can map to multiple indexes. Retrieval checks use terminology, identifiers, and natural language separately, and observe how segmentation affects real questions. After a document changes, verify the actual training and index state; a successful upload does not mean retrieval has updated. Retrieval and relevance scores do not perform permission or entity isolation, and retrieval itself is not authorization. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; check the model identifier first and exclude non-matching ones.
Hypothetical paper test case: the source text of a leader agreement reads "Party A is a community group-buy platform, Party B is a leader in a residential community, the agreement term runs from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026; commission is settled against the monthly pickup list." The draft sentence to be judged is "This agreement remains valid in March 2026." The judgment requires the same party, the same period, and the same field. The agreement term field states an end date of 28 February 2026, and the period in the draft sentence falls outside that field's range, so the sentence is unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this trial | Reason for selection and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Search mode | Hybrid search | The agreement contains identifiers and natural-language clauses; compare semantic recall hits against full-text recall hits |
| Minimum relevance | 0.4 | Hypothetical starting point to filter low-relevance fragments; compare against returned content with no threshold set |
| Reference limit | 2000 tokens | Hypothetical starting point to control reference length; compare against the clause range the sample question needs |
| Question optimization | Enabled | The sample question contains a reference; compare whether the retrieval term is completed with the subject before and after enabling |
| Result rerank | Enabled | Secondary ordering when candidates are numerous; compare the rerank score against the vector score |
| Segmentation integrity check | Manual review | Check whether the agreement term and commission definition sit in the same chunk as the content they constrain |
Three common errors
- Treating a successful upload as retrieval already updated. Input is the upload operation record for the sample agreement; compare the actual training and index state; observe whether retrieval returns the agreement content.
- Treating a retrieval hit as permission or authorization. Input is a retrieval request for the sample draft sentence; compare the returned content against the authorization field; observe whether the retrieval result is misread as the agreement still being valid.
- Associating libraries built on different vector models. Input is the model identifiers of two libraries; compare whether the identifiers match; observe whether non-matching ones are excluded and the actual observation is recorded.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample agreement source text and the draft sentence; compare the agreement term field against the period stated in the draft sentence. The support condition is met only when the draft sentence period falls inside the field range.
- Input the sample commission table source text and one settlement request; compare the commission tier field against the definition stated in the request. The check condition is met only when the same party, the same period, and the same field value agree.
- Input the sample pickup list source text and one pickup quantity request; compare the list quantity field against the quantity stated in the request. The condition is met only when the field is explicitly stated and agrees; when the field is missing, record it as unsupported.
This page addresses only group-buy leader operations, inventory procurement and supplier records, and document parsing and chunking. Which materials, operations, and requests sit in which authorization state during an operations handover cannot be treated as authorization execution through retrieval or a form.
