What the documents look like
Payment risk work in this category centers on card network disputes and the receiving account, so the working file set differs from parcel-status fulfillment. The daily materials are payment chargeback notices, fraudulent order lists, invoices, and proof of delivery. For the inventory procurement and supplier records task, purchase invoices, supplier qualification documents, and signed delivery receipts appear alongside the chargeback evidence chain. The brief gives a data update frequency of daily and per order; this page does not derive batch synchronization, full synchronization, real-time, or transaction-triggered mechanisms from that frequency.
These materials also carry distinct states. An invoice may be issued, mailed, or received. A supplier record may be pending review, submitted, or awaiting supplementary documents. Workflow routing has to connect these materials in node order, letting interaction nodes collect information and letting later nodes carry the output forward. The brief rates its confidence as broadly indicative, so background that is not supplied stays conditional.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. The user selection node is also a user interaction node. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the "yes" branch. Both nodes can be added repeatedly and trigger execution. The nodes themselves only collect and branch; order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process.
Hypothetical drill sample. Source text for checking: a supplier submitted a batch of purchase invoices on 10 March 2025, made out to an independent-site entity, goods described as Bluetooth earphones, quantity 200 units, with the amount field left blank pending completion. A separate signed delivery receipt states that 150 units of the same batch were received on 18 March 2025. A draft sentence awaiting determination reads: "This supplier has completed all supply obligations for this batch, the invoice amount matches the signed quantity, and payment routing may proceed." The draft sentence names a subject, object, date, and quantity, but the invoice amount field is blank, the signed quantity differs from the invoice quantity, and no authorization boundary is stated.
The constraint follows from node behavior. Routing can only advance according to what the nodes are documented to do. Interaction nodes wait for user submission or selection, and output handoff must be explicitly passed to a later retrieval, judgment, or interface node. Treating collected information as verified business fact, or treating a retrieval result as authorization, does not match node responsibility.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Setting or check relevant to this page | Basis and boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Collects required fields such as supplier name, invoice number, quantity, and date | Documented to enter interaction state on trigger and pass information after submission |
| User selection node | Branches on "invoice completed" and "signed quantity matches" | Documented to execute the "yes" branch after the user makes a choice |
| Interaction state check | Confirm the conversation enters interaction state and workflow state is recorded | State recording is interaction-node behavior; no separate global switch is set |
| Output handoff check | Confirm collected information is explicitly passed to a later retrieval, judgment, or interface node | Compare output against input item by item |
| External action split | Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization connect to a separate business interface | Node completion of business writes is not assumed |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | Place signed quantity 150 units beside invoice quantity 200 units for comparison | This hypothetical starting point is chosen to surface a quantity-field difference |
Three common errors
- Treating the supplier name and invoice number collected by the form input node as verified supplier identity. The input is a user-entered value, the comparison object is the source text of the supplier qualification document, and the observable result is whether subject name and number match. In the sample the invoice amount field is blank, so amount consistency cannot be determined from it.
- Treating execution of the user selection node's "yes" branch as completed payment authorization. The input is the user's selection action, the comparison object is whether an authorization boundary is stated, and the observable result is whether the draft sentence contains an authorization clause. The sample states no authorization, so payment routing has no execution condition.
- Treating retrieved similar material as a basis for permission or entity separation. The input is the returned document, the comparison object is the target subject's identifier, and the observable result is whether the document subject matches the target subject. A relevance score does not carry permission-filtering duty.
How to verify the setup
- For the hypothetical sample draft sentence, input the source text and the draft sentence, compare invoice quantity 200 units against signed quantity 150 units and check whether the invoice amount field is blank. The observable result is a quantity-field difference and a missing amount, so the draft sentence's claim of completed supply obligations is unsupported.
- For supplier name and invoice number, input the form-collected values and the source text of the supplier qualification document, and compare subject name and number fields. The observable result is that the handoff condition is met only when the fields match. The sample does not provide the qualification document source text, so this item remains unverified.
- For the authorization boundary, input the draft sentence and the source text, and compare whether an authorization clause or effective statement exists. The observable result is that the material states no authorization, so the payment routing request is pending verification and cannot be treated as approved.
An empty-result handoff can be checked against an explicit paper input of [] to inspect downstream design; this does not assert that a hypothetical rule retrieval returns []. Libraries across different vector models cannot be associated together; verify identifiers first and exclude non-matching ones.
