What the documents look like
Creator commission settlement and commission deduction happen after a sale closes. The review focus sits on valid promotion and post-sale deduction rather than on the live collaboration itself. When inventory procurement and supplier records enter this step, they usually arrive as four document types: commission setting records, settlement statements, refund deduction details, and invoices. These materials come from the selected alliance backend, order after-sales data, the finance system, and creator contracts. The parties involved are finance settlement staff, selected alliance operations staff, and creator business staff.
One recurring condition is that the same commission can carry a different status in a settlement statement and in refund deduction details. Checking therefore requires comparing the same subject, the same period, and the same field. Scheduled tasks and automation on this page cover triggering, reading, requesting, division of duplicate handling, and execution records. They do not replace business authorization.
Constraints at the scheduled workflows step
External data is read through an already configured interface. A scheduled trigger does not by itself create a connection to a business system. HTTP requests must be checked against the external interface documentation for method, headers, body, and variable input. Deduplication, idempotency, and business writes need explicit design in the interface or in a downstream flow. Execution records must be checked for trigger time, actual input, returned result, and business status. The existence of a task does not mean the execution succeeded.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: in one monthly commission settlement, a commission setting record states "Subject: Settlement Group A; Object: Creator B's March orders; Status: refund deduction pending review; Effective scope: 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026". A settlement statement states "Subject: Settlement Group A; Object: Creator B; Period: March 2026; Amount field: to be confirmed". The draft sentence to be judged is "Creator B's March refund deduction has been completed". That draft sentence lacks completion evidence. Neither refund deduction details nor an invoice has been provided.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger method | External scheduling trigger, not an application timer | Check the available entry point in the actual version |
| Request method | POST, per the external interface documentation | Compare the method field against the interface documentation |
| Request header | Authorization: Bearer {{token}} | Compare token source and validity period |
| Request body variables | References {{appId}} and {{cTime}} | Compare whether variables come from global or system variables |
| Return value extraction | key set to data.user.name | Compare the JSON path against the response structure |
| Execution record | Records trigger time and returned result | Compare against the business status field |
The hypothetical starting points above are for paper checking only and are not official default values.
Three common errors
- Treating a pending-review status as completed. In the sample, the refund deduction is pending review while the draft sentence says it is completed. The input is the commission setting record and the draft sentence; the comparison is between the status field and the draft sentence; the observable result is that the status does not match the sentence.
- Treating a retrieval result as authorization. If a retrieved settlement statement is used directly to trigger a payment request, the input is the retrieval result and the request; the comparison is against the authorization boundary; the observable result is that authorization evidence is missing.
- Treating the existence of a task as successful execution. The input is the task list and the execution record; the comparison is between trigger time and returned result; the observable result is a missing record or an abnormal return.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the draft sentence. Compare the status field with the wording of the draft sentence. Observe whether the draft sentence matches the status in the source text. When they do not match, mark the item as pending verification.
- Input the request configuration and the interface documentation. Compare method, headers, and body. Observe whether they align. When they do not align, mark the gap.
- Input the execution record and the business status. Compare trigger time, returned result, and status. Observe whether they can be mapped to each other. When they cannot be mapped, record the gap.
All three verification steps are paper checks and were not actually executed. Missing evidence remains missing. A pending review does not demonstrate that operating authority is absent.
