What the documents look like
For staff training in MCN operations, this page examines FastGPT citation tracing. Trace spoken examples, comments and release scope by creator-material version. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
A proposed creator-training packet says an example demonstrates presentation order only, shows a lid before a cup and includes a comment about keeping a logo visible. The example page also carries an earlier campaign’s release-scope note. A learner asks whether every line must be read and whether it can be used in the current campaign. Presentation sequence, a visual comment and historical use scope are distinct. The example imposes no word-for-word script, and the logo comment establishes no release scope. Inclusion in teaching material is no evidence of current publication permission.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Training-source check | Teaching identity and evidence scope | Acceptance action |
|---|---|---|
| Example limitation | Sequence only | Do not make it mandatory wording. |
| Visual comment | Logo visible | Inspect local comment. |
| Campaign scope | Earlier campaign note | Check current applicability. |
| Review outcome | Whole-video result absent | Seek actual record. |
| Current material | Version and creator correspondence | Check added source. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Associated knowledge bases | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Citation output | The output is an array; an empty array can continue. |
Citation input handoff | Inspect citations actually received by the answer step. |
Citation display check | Trace displayed sources to their originals. |
Document-validity check | Inspect source identity and applicable version separately. |
Three common errors
First, sequence demonstration may become mandatory wording; inspect the instruction’s limitation and actual requirement instead of turning structure into a script rule. Second, an earlier campaign’s scope may migrate to the current material; check campaign, version and applicable wording. Third, a logo comment may become whole-video approval; inspect the named visual area and actual review outcome. These require example intent, use applicability and review scope. A teacher mentioning the example supplies no substitute evidence for the missing current permission or complete content review.
How to verify the setup
Ask what the example demonstrates, what the comment changes and where current use is supported, inspecting actual references. Example-only input leaves teaching limitations and current scope unresolved without proving publication is prohibited. Added campaign wording needs its actual material checked rather than another creator or earlier edit. Empty references require source and transfer investigation. This reading exercise measures no spoken performance and performs no approval or publication. The answer should describe only what the current texts support, keeping proposed learning guidance separate from operational decisions and observed outcomes.
