Constraints at the shared access step
A proposed training entry uses a de-identified packing exercise with net- and gross-weight labels, without opening operational contracts. Use the complete publishing-channel address and inspect the handout visible in the learner’s environment. If a question retrieves an operational appendix outside the exercise, retain the full response and investigate grants. Removing names from a handout does not establish backend isolation, and a functioning entry does not substitute for account or resource-scope verification.

Three common errors
- If packing exercises retrieve operational contracts, retain question and full response to inspect grants. Removing names from a handout does not isolate actual appendices.
- If another browser lacks the previous question and answer, inspect history and obtain the exercise. Anonymous identity cannot automatically substitute another document question.
- If earlier labels overwrite corrected handouts, retain versions and citations to inspect selection and delivery. Solving a course establishes neither actual filing confirmation nor written grades.
How to verify the setup
Test visibility of corrected and earlier handouts, recording the version cited. Inspect expiry, access limits and usage responsibility for the actual entry. Where identity validation is required, verify version capability separately rather than treating the link identifier as learner identity. An explanation does not establish a written grade or a processed declaration; verify subsequent scoring and writing independently. Preserve the exercise label so proposed classroom data is never presented as an actual operational case.
