What the documents look like
Amazon FBM fulfillment means the seller handles fulfillment and sets the return address without relying on platform warehouse inspection. The working materials for this category are order picking lists, shipment confirmation documents, return address settings, and logistics tracking sheets. Data reaches the team from Amazon Seller Central, carrier systems, ERP orders, and customer service email. Errors in this flow produce order cancellations, A-to-z claims, and reduced store performance.
In store service and internal training, these materials usually arrive as paper or scanned handoffs. Workflow routing has to answer a narrow set of questions: who submits which material at which stage, what state that material is in, and where the values collected by a routing node are passed next. The brief gives an update frequency of per order and daily. This page does not derive batch synchronization, full synchronization, real-time behavior, or transaction-triggered mechanisms from that frequency.
The two interactive nodes documented for this version are the form input node and the user selection node. Both are user interaction nodes, both can be added repeatedly, and both trigger execution. When a form input node triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. After the user completes the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to later nodes. When a user selection node triggers, the conversation also enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. The practical constraint for training staff is that these nodes collect values and route branches. Business verification, order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval and form submission do not constitute authorization to execute. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; identifiers must be checked first and non-matching libraries excluded. The knowledge reference limit uses the unit recorded in the documentation. Empty-result handling can be checked against an explicit paper input of [] in the downstream design.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The routing step sits between material intake and any downstream action. A form input node records workflow state and collects required fields, but the collected value is a value, not a verified business fact. A user selection node evaluates a choice and runs the "yes" branch, but the branch is a path decision, not an authorization to write orders or synchronize external systems. The interaction state, the recording of workflow state, and the hiding of the dialog are documented behaviors of interactive nodes. This page does not invent a corresponding global switch, a submission count, an automatic judgment, or a snapshot guarantee.
Hypothetical drill sample, used only to illustrate the checking method and not a real record: an FBM seller's internal training handoff sheet states that picking list PL-0712 corresponds to order A and is in the state "picked, not shipped"; shipment confirmation SC-0712 has not been signed; return address setting RA-0712 was updated today to an overseas warehouse address. A draft sentence to be judged reads: "This order has completed shipment confirmation and can proceed to logistics tracking sheet backfill." The comparison objects are the three source materials above and the draft sentence. The authorization boundary is internal review by the training role only, and does not include actual shipment operations.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Relevant setting or check on this page | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Enters interaction state when triggered, collects required information, passes it to later nodes | Collects picking list number and shipment confirmation status |
| User selection node | Executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a choice | Branch judgment on "has it been signed" |
| Interaction state check | Recording state is documented behavior of interactive nodes; no separate global switch is set | Check the state record before and after submission |
| Output handoff check | Passes collected information explicitly to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes | Compare the draft sentence with the three source materials |
| External operation division | Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization connect to a separate interface or later process | Shipment confirmation and tracking sheet backfill are not performed by these nodes |
| Hypothetical trial starting value | This paper check starts from "not signed" because the source text states it has not been signed; the comparison object is the draft sentence's "has completed" | This page's hypothesis only, not an official default |
Three common errors
- Treating a value collected by the form input node as a completed business verification. In the sample, the picking list state is "picked, not shipped" and the shipment confirmation "has not been signed"; the collected form value does not change that state. Check: input the three source materials and the draft sentence, compare the draft sentence's "has completed shipment confirmation" with the source text's "has not been signed," and observe whether the same field shows mutually exclusive values.
- Treating the "yes" branch of the user selection node as authorized execution. The branch only determines the flow direction; order writes and external synchronization require a separate implementation. Check: input the sample handoff sheet, compare "can proceed to logistics tracking sheet backfill" with the source text, which does not record backfill authorization, and observe whether an unsupported conclusion appears.
- Treating retrieval results or a similarity setting as an entity or permission filter. Retrieval does not perform authorization, and libraries on different models cannot be associated together. Check: input an explicit paper input of
[], compare whether the downstream design handles the empty result accordingly, and observe whether a fabricated retrieval return appears.
How to verify the setup
- Verification one: input the three sample source materials and the draft sentence "This order has completed shipment confirmation and can proceed to logistics tracking sheet backfill." Compare "has completed shipment confirmation" in the draft sentence with "has not been signed" in the shipment confirmation source text. The condition is met when the mutually exclusive values in the same field are identified and the draft sentence is judged unsupported. If not met, record it as pending verification.
- Verification two: input the sample handoff sheet and the branch setting of the user selection node. Compare the "has it been signed" branch with the source text state. The condition is met when the "no" branch runs while the state is unsigned and no order write or external synchronization is triggered. If the branch is treated as execution authorization, record it as a configuration error.
- Verification three: input an explicit paper input of
[]and the downstream handoff design. Compare the empty-result handling logic with the design text. The condition is met when the downstream process handles the empty result accordingly and does not claim that a fabricated rule retrieval necessarily returns[]. If a fabricated return appears, record it as not met.
All of the above are paper checks. No deployment, test, or business action has been performed. Missing evidence remains missing. A pending review does not constitute approval, and an offered option is not execution.
