Franchise fee settlement: multi-turn prompts for staff training

Review multi-turn prompts for staff training in Franchise fee settlement. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Franchise fee and deposit settlement handles money and breach deductions. It does not handle government franchise filing. The main materials are finance system records, franchise contracts, bank statements, and store violation records. Daily documents include franchise fee invoices, deposit ledgers, deduction notices, and contract payment schedules.

The parties are the franchisee and the chain finance team. The object is a specific fee or deposit. The status may be paid, pending payment, deducted, or pending refund. The valid scope is defined by the contract payment period together with the deduction reason. Updates occur monthly and at each deduction. This page does not infer batch synchronization, full synchronization, or real-time triggering from that cadence.

Multi-turn prompts let store service and internal training staff check these materials through continuous question and answer. The prompt must state the material scope, the answering task, and how to handle missing evidence. It must not let the model write business facts that the materials do not contain.

Constraints at the multi-turn prompts step

History records must be checked against the context actually carried in. New sessions and continued sessions take different inputs. Question optimization applies to knowledge base continuous dialogue, where pronoun resolution and question expansion are checked. Short questions do not all qualify.

Model and length settings must be checked against the model's supported context and reply settings. Long documents and follow-up combinations need testing. Reply format follows downstream consumption. When json_schema is selected, the matching format requirement must be filled in and the returned structure checked.

Retrieval and similarity do not perform permission or entity isolation. A retrieval result is not authorization. Forms collect values. Business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization each need their own stated downstream implementation. An interactive node returns a display configuration containing only type and params; internal runtime fields are not returned. Interactive waiting, record status, and hidden dialogue follow the documentation. No corresponding control switch, submission count, automatic judgment, or snapshot guarantee is inferred.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample, not a real record. Material text one: "Franchise contract A states that franchisee Jia shall pay a franchise fee of 50,000 yuan before 31 March 2025." Material text two: "The deposit ledger shows franchisee Jia's deposit of 20,000 yuan has status pending refund." Material text three: "Deduction notice B states that 3,000 yuan is deducted for a store violation, the reason being non-compliant display, dated 2 April 2025."

Draft sentence to be judged: "Franchisee Jia's franchise fee is settled, the 20,000 yuan deposit has been refunded, and the 3,000 yuan deduction has been executed." The differences from the material text are as follows. Text one states only a due date, not payment. Text two states pending refund, not refunded. Text three is a deduction notice, not an executed deduction.

Configuration and implementation checks

The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this feature and the store service and internal training task. Values are hypothetical starting points for this exercise, used for comparison with the sample materials. They are not official defaults.

Configuration itemHypothetical starting point and reasonValue to compare against
AI modelSelect a model supporting tool calls and the required context, for checking several materialsCombined length of the three sample materials
Memory turnsSet to 2 turns; the sample needs only the previous two turnsActual history turns carried in
Reply limitOpen and set to medium length, to hold separate statements of three factsOutput length needed for the draft sentence
TemperatureSet low, for a rule-based checking scenarioThe requirement to restate material text stably
Reply formatKeep default; select json_schema only if downstream needs a fixed structure, then fill in the format requirementHow the downstream node reads the value
Thinking configurationSelect "no thinking"; the sample is simple fact checkingQuestion complexity

Three common errors

  1. Treating the due date in material text one as a payment fact and writing "franchise fee is settled" in the draft. Input is text one. The comparison is between "due date" and "paid status". The observable result is a paid conclusion appearing in the draft that the text does not state.
  2. Treating the pending refund status in material text two as refunded and writing "deposit has been refunded". Input is text two. The comparison is between "pending refund" and "refunded". The observable result is the draft rewriting pending refund as refunded.
  3. Treating the deduction notice in material text three as an executed deduction and writing "deduction has been executed". Input is text three. The comparison is between "notice date" and "execution result". The observable result is the draft treating a notice as execution.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input material texts one to three, plus the draft sentence "Franchisee Jia's franchise fee is settled, the 20,000 yuan deposit has been refunded, and the 3,000 yuan deduction has been executed." Compare each conclusion in the draft with the stated status in the matching text. The condition is met when the draft marks all three items as unsupported or pending verification, with no assertion of paid, refunded, or executed.
  2. Input material text two and the follow-up question "What is the deposit status now?" Compare whether the answer restates "pending refund". The condition is met when the answer presents only pending refund and adds no refund date, refund method, or approval status.
  3. Input material text three and the follow-up question "Has the deduction been executed?" Compare whether the answer distinguishes notice from execution. The condition is met when the answer states the material is a deduction notice, that the execution result is not stated, and records the evidence gap.

If retrieval returns an empty result, a clearly written paper input of [] can be used to check the downstream handling design. This page does not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns []. Libraries using different vector models cannot be associated together. Check the identifier first, exclude those that do not match, and record the actual observation. Do not run cross-model retrieval to compare missed recall.
