What the documents look like
Brand dealer ordering events serve offline dealer reservations and do not directly manage platform stores. The main data comes from the ordering event system, historical sales, dealer inventory, and financial credit. The update rhythm is quarterly and annual. Everyday materials include the ordering handbook, ordering contract, sample list, and credit approval. In the store service and internal training step, the most time-consuming parts are explaining new product policy, collecting order quantities, and approving credit limits.
This page addresses only workflow routing for that step: making clear which materials, operations, and requests hold what authorization status. Retrieval results and form submissions do not constitute authorized execution.
The Form Input node and the User Selection node both belong to the user interaction node type. When triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state, records the workflow state, and continues downward after the user completes the interaction. The Form Input node collects required information and passes it to subsequent nodes after submission. The User Selection node executes the "yes" branch after the user makes a selection. The interaction state record is behavior of the interaction nodes; no separate global state-recording switch is set. Collected information must be explicitly passed to subsequent retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, and outputs must be compared item by item against inputs. Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or subsequent process.
Hypothetical drill sample: the source material reads, "East China Region Ordering Handbook (2025 Spring Edition), page 12 states: this sample list number YP-2025S-03 covers four styles of outerwear, and the sample loan registration deadline is March 10, 2025. Credit approval form number SX-2025-017, applicant is a dealer in Suzhou, status is pending review." The draft sentence to be judged is: "This dealer's credit has been approved and an order may be placed in advance."
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The interaction nodes carry the workflow forward only after the user completes an action. The Form Input node collects required fields and passes the submitted values downstream. The User Selection node branches on the user's choice and runs the "yes" branch. Neither node performs business verification, approval, database writes, or external synchronization on its own. Those actions need a stated downstream implementation.
A retrieval result is not an authorization basis. A relevance score is not a category, entity, or permission filter, and it does not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorized records. Retrieval is not authorization. A pending approval request is not approval. A sample loan registration deadline is not a supply period. An offered option is not execution. An unsigned termination is not a completed termination.
Knowledge-reference limits use the documented unit rather than a guessed item count. Same-model retrieval association, empty-reference output, and context limits retain their documented conditions. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together. Check identifiers first, exclude those that do not match, and record the actual observation. An empty-result handoff can be checked on paper with an explicit empty input [ ] against the downstream design; this does not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns [ ].
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical trial starting point | Verification method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node required fields | Ordering handbook version number, sample list number | After submission, compare outputs against inputs item by item |
| User Selection node branch | "Yes" branch connects to the credit check node | Verify branch connections one by one |
| Interaction state record | Triggered by the interaction node | Check whether state is recorded and execution continues |
| Output handoff | Form information passed to retrieval or judgment node | Compare outputs against inputs item by item |
| External operation division | Order writing connects to a separate business interface | Check whether the downstream implementation is stated |
The values are hypothetical trial starting points for this page. The reason for choosing them is that they uniquely identify the material, and the comparison object is the number in the source material text.
Three common errors
- Treating a pending credit approval as approved. The input is credit approval form SX-2025-017 with status "pending review," while the draft sentence says "approved." Compare the subject and the status field; the two do not match.
- Treating the sample loan registration deadline as a supply period. The input reads "deadline is March 10, 2025," while the draft sentence says "supply until March 10." Compare the field name and the effective scope; the two differ.
- Treating a retrieval result as authorization. The input is an ordering handbook page returned by retrieval, while the draft sentence says "an order may be placed in advance." Compare the retrieval output against the authorization basis; the authorization clause is absent.
How to verify the setup
- Input the source material text "credit approval form SX-2025-017, status is pending review" and the draft sentence "this dealer's credit has been approved." Compare the status field. When the draft sentence does not match the source, the judgment is unsupported.
- Input the source material text "the sample loan registration deadline is March 10, 2025" and the draft sentence "supply until March 10." Compare the field name and the effective scope. When the two differ, the judgment is pending verification.
- Input the ordering handbook page returned by retrieval and the draft sentence "an order may be placed in advance." Compare the retrieval output against the authorization basis. When the authorization clause is absent, the judgment is an evidence gap.
All of the above are paper checks and do not claim that testing has been performed. For an empty-result handoff, an explicit paper input [ ] can be used to check the downstream design. Libraries on different vector models cannot be associated together; check identifiers first, exclude those that do not match, and record the actual observation.
