What the documents look like
For staff training in Retail packaging reporting, this page examines FastGPT shared access. Use proposed supply-report exercises for data and draft-stage reading without turning classroom material into actual statistics or compliance conclusions. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the shared access step
A classroom exercise proposes procurement entries, sales definitions and a report awaiting preparation so learners identify which source supports each statement, without actual quantities or regulatory requirements. Inspect exercise identity through the complete link, then request restricted ledgers. Procurement differs from sales, and a use commitment supplies no actual use. A draft establishes no institutional acceptance. Learners retain missing sources rather than completing conclusions from filenames. Training eligibility creates no filing or store-data maintenance authority, and proposed duties automatically configure no members or permissions.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Supply-report training share | Proposed sources and stages | Actual test |
|---|---|---|
| Classroom question | Procurement, sales definition and draft | Coverage and gaps |
| Operational restriction | Store ledgers and filing comments | Full answer and denial |
| Browser follow-up | Prior period and passages | Obtain absent history |
| Incremental checks | Definitions create no figures; receipt is not approval | Received passages and answers |
| Execution distinction | Solving files or scores nothing automatically | Separate learning and filing checks |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Login-free window | Copy the complete generated sharing link. |
Expiry and QPM | QPM is the per-user requests-per-minute limit. |
Credit limit | Inspect usage and charging conditions by entry and edition. |
Identity verification | Third-party authentication has commercial-edition restrictions. |
Conversation-history boundary | Anonymous identity depends on the same device and browser. |
Three common errors
- If an exercise returns operational ledgers or internal filing comments, retain passages and full answers. Proposed statistics establish no actual-source isolation.
- If another browser asks about completed reporting without period and question, inspect history and obtain the exercise. Anonymous identity cannot automatically supply an older example’s receipt.
- If recognizing purchases or drafts becomes actual sales, institutional acceptance or learner filing rights, compare classroom limits and actual evidence. Reading creates no operating event and grants no role.
How to verify the setup
Ask a sales question with only procurement entries and inspect the identified sales-evidence gap. Add a proposed sales definition and check that it clarifies meaning without generating actual figures. Then provide receipt wording and preserve the distinction among receipt, acceptance and approval. Retain received passages each time, separating omitted input from unprovided sources. Test operational-source denial separately; classroom credentials establish no filing identity. Solving submits nothing and automatically saves no score. Learning and actual filing require separate execution checks; completed class establishes no passed report.
