Peak-sale fulfillment: shared access for staff training

Review shared access for staff training in Peak-sale fulfillment. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Peak-sale warehouse and delivery scheduling turns on short-window peak capacity and the arrangement of people, vehicles and yard space, which differs from the steady balancing logic of multi-warehouse inventory sync. Historical peak-sale orders, platform campaign registrations, WMS capacity and courier pickup capacity form the main data sources, refreshed per campaign and daily. In the store-service and internal-training step, the peak forecast sheet, staff roster, courier support plan and exception daily report are handed to front-line staff. Sharing and embedding determine which link, which identity and which validity period carry these materials to the store. A link identifier by itself does not constitute business authorization, and retrieval or a form does not equal authorized execution.

The no-login window is created from the application detail under publish channels, and its name is used only for record display. The expiry time sets how long the link stays usable, QPM is the maximum access count per user per minute, and the credit cap bounds the maximum billable data generated by that link. Some parameters are configurable only in the commercial edition. Identity verification is the root address of a POST request; initialization, conversation start and conversation end each send a request to the corresponding interface, and the server must return success as true before the user may continue. The uid is a required unique user credential whose format excludes certain characters and stays within 255 bytes. Anonymous users receive a localId, records depend on the same device and same browser, and only the most recent 30 days and 20 records may be pulled. Switching devices or clearing browser cache loses those records, so identity and session management need separate design. Share-link identity verification is provided only in the commercial edition, while live running status, viewing quote snippets, viewing full quote text and downloading or opening the source original are configured per the system introduction.

Hypothetical drill sample: the source material is three sentences from a store peak-sale shift handover note — "The forecast peak for this campaign falls between 10:00 and 14:00 on the first day. The temporary staff roster has been configured for that window. In the courier support plan, the pickup vehicle arrival time is 9:30 on the first day." The draft sentence is "Stores can use the share link directly to view the roster, with no additional identity check required." The question is whether this draft sentence is consistent with the source material and the feature description.

Constraints at the shared access step

The shared access step carries several conditions that the training handover must respect. The link is generated by the system and copied in full; the identifier alone does not authorize any business action. Expiry time, QPM and credit cap are settings that bound use, and their availability depends on the edition. Identity verification is optional and commercial-edition only; when configured, the initialization, start and finish requests each go to the same root address, and only a returned success of true permits the user to continue. The uid returned in data is the unique credential used to pull and save conversation records, and its format must satisfy the byte-length and character constraints or the system returns the Invalid UID error. Anonymous localId records are bounded to the same device and same browser, with the most recent 30 days and 20 records available; other devices and cleared caches fall outside that boundary and require separate identity and session design. Retrieval and forms collect or return values, while business verification, approval, database writes and external synchronization need their stated downstream implementation. A pending request is not approval, an offered option is not execution, and an unsigned termination is not a completed termination.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemHypothetical trial starting point for this pageReason and comparison object
Expiry timeSet to the third day after the campaign endsCompared with the campaign duration, to cover exception daily report consolidation
QPMSet to 10 accesses per user per minuteCompared with concurrent store training headcount, to limit concentrated access
Credit capSet against the training session budgetCompared with historical single-session consumption, to control cost attribution
Identity verification root addressEnter the store system verification root addressCompared with the official POST interface path, root address only
authToken concatenationAppend the authToken parameter to the share linkCompared with the original shareId link, to confirm parameter position
Conversation record boundaryCheck against same device and same browserCompared with cross-device needs, to confirm whether separate identity management is required

Three common errors

  1. Treating the share-link identifier as business authorization. A link that opens does not mean the holder is entitled to view the roster or execute the handover. Authorization status must be judged from the success and uid returned by identity verification, and when the source material does not state authorization terms, the matter stays pending verification.
  2. Treating retrieval or form submission as authorized execution. A roster confirmation form filled during training only collects values; business verification, approval, database writes and external synchronization require an explicit downstream implementation, and when none is stated the status is unknown.
  3. Treating the anonymous localId record as cross-device session management. Outside the same device and same browser, the record pull boundary is the most recent 30 days and 20 records, and cross-device scenarios need separate design that the share link does not cover automatically.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the hypothetical sample source material and the draft sentence, then compare the draft phrase "no additional identity check required" against the feature description stating that identity verification is an optional commercial-edition configuration and that only a returned success permits continuation. If the draft sentence does not state the verification status, judge it as unsupported and retain the evidence gap.
  2. Input the original share link form and the full form with authToken appended, then compare whether authToken appears in the query and whether FastGPT carries the token parameter in the authentication interface body. If the link lacks authToken, the initialization check cannot be triggered per the documented flow, and the item is recorded as pending verification.
  3. Input a paper response where identity verification returns success as false with message "identity error", then compare whether the system displays that error and blocks further operation. If success is true and data contains uid, check whether the uid format meets the byte-length and character limits, and when it does not, record Invalid UID without inferring other failure causes.

This page addresses only peak-sale warehouse and delivery scheduling, store service and internal training, and sharing and embedding. It clarifies which materials, operations and requests sit in which authorization state during operational handover, and it does not treat retrieval or a form as authorized execution.
