What the documents look like
Tmall flagship store daily operations draw on the Tmall merchant backend, the Tmall rules center, ERP order tables, and customer service chat records. For store service and internal training, the main document objects are the product listing page, the brand authorization letter, the delivery commitment record, and the after-sales work order. Compared with JD POP stores, Tmall flagship stores place separate emphasis on brand authorization and flagship store identity, and delayed-delivery compensation follows the Tmall rules center. These materials update daily and per order. Workflow routing has to carry the subject, object, status, and validity scope stated in those documents. A retrieval result does not by itself constitute authorization.
For this page the relevant facts are the identity and authorization requirements attached to the flagship store, the delivery commitment that runs per order, and the after-sales work order that records service handling. These three shape what a routing step must pass forward and what it must leave to a separate business interface. Update frequency does not change the node behavior described here, so it is noted only as daily and per order.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user fills in the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the "yes" branch. The interaction state is node behavior; no separate global state switch is documented.
Information collected at these nodes must be explicitly passed to subsequent retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a downstream process. Semantic recall and relevance scores do not perform permission or entity isolation. The same-vector-model requirement for a retrieval library cannot be extended to mean that a business registration site or any other external system must use the same model.
Hypothetical drill sample: a brand authorization letter states "Authorizing party: a brand management company limited; authorized party: a store operating entity; authorization object: Tmall flagship store; authorization validity period: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025." A delivery commitment record states "Order number A0001, committed delivery time March 10, 2025, 18:00, actual delivery time not filled in." A handover request awaiting judgment reads "Please backfill the after-sales work order status for order A0001 to the ERP and synchronize it to the Tmall backend." This request involves external writing and synchronization. Neither the form input node nor the user selection node performs that action.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this page | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node required fields | Order number, committed delivery time | Compare field by field against the delivery commitment record text |
| User selection node branch | "Yes" branch connects to the after-sales work order node | Verify branch connections against the selection result one by one |
| Interaction state recording | Conversation enters interaction state after the node triggers | Observe whether the conversation enters the interaction state |
| Output handoff | Form information passes to a subsequent retrieval node | Compare input fields with the downstream node's input parameters |
| External write separation | Order writes connect to a separate business interface | Confirm whether an interface node exists separately |
| Retrieval library vector model identifier | Record the identifier actually used by the retrieval library | Check the identifier and exclude joint association across different vector models |
The values in the table are hypothetical starting points for this drill. The reason for choosing order number and committed delivery time is that both are required comparison objects in the sample. The comparison method is a field-by-field check against the delivery commitment record text. These are not official default values.
Three common errors
- Treating the order number collected by the form input node as evidence that writing to the ERP is already authorized. The input is order number A0001 and the committed delivery time. The comparison object is the write action in the handover request. The observable result is whether the request carries a separate interface node, and the gap is recorded when it does not.
- Treating the "yes" branch of the user selection node as a business approval. The input is the user's selection result. The comparison object is the actual approval status of the after-sales work order. The observable result is whether an approval record exists separately, and the matter remains unverified when no record is stated.
- Extending the same-vector-model requirement of the retrieval library to a business registration site or another external system. The input is the retrieval library identifier. The comparison object is the external system identifier. The observable result is whether the two match; when they do not, joint association is excluded and the actual observation is recorded.
How to verify the setup
- Using the brand authorization letter text in the hypothetical sample, input the validity period January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, compare whether a draft sentence presents that period as an authorization already in effect, and observe whether the draft sentence exceeds the scope stated in the source text. When the source text does not state signing or effectiveness clauses, the evidence gap remains.
- Using the delivery commitment record text in the hypothetical sample, input order number A0001 and the committed delivery time March 10, 2025, 18:00, compare against the backfill action in the handover request, and observe whether that backfill action is performed by the form input node or the user selection node. The action requires a separate business interface; the nodes themselves do not perform it.
- Using the retrieval library identifier in the hypothetical sample, input the retrieval library vector model identifier, compare whether libraries with different vector models are jointly associated, and observe whether that joint association is excluded. After exclusion, record the actual observation without inferring missed recall or redundant results. For empty-result handoff, a paper input of [] can be used to check the downstream design, without claiming that a fictional rules retrieval necessarily returns [].
