Product listing reviews: shared access for staff training

Review shared access for staff training in Product listing reviews. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Title and detail compliance for platform product listings centers on advertising truthfulness and qualification display. It does not cover parcel delivery, which separates this category from fulfillment operations. The working materials are the product title table, detail page assets, the advertising prohibited-word list, and quality inspection reports. These come from the platform rule center, advertising law compliance checklists, brand asset libraries, and inspection body reports. Updates occur weekly and with each new listing.

In the store service and internal training task, the title table, prohibited-word list, and inspection reports need to be arranged into material that store staff can consult through a shared or embedded entry point. The sharing link is only an access entry. A link identifier is not a business authorization credential, and retrieval is not authorization.

Two facts shape this page. First, the anonymous window creates a temporary address that any internet user can reach, and costs accrue to the team that owns the application, so the link should not be shared freely. Second, the anonymous local identifier depends on the same device and the same browser, so records cannot be assumed to follow a user across devices.

Constraints at the shared access step

The anonymous window is created under Application details, Publish channel, Anonymous window, and the system-generated full link is copied from there. Expiration time, QPM, points cap, and identity verification are set according to the intended scope of use, and some parameters are limited by edition. Identity verification is restricted to the commercial edition, and FastGPT decides whether to allow continued operation based on whether the interface returns success as true, together with a uid.

The uid is the user's unique credential and must be returned. Its format must be a string that does not contain the characters "|", "/", or "\", and must be no longer than 255 bytes, otherwise the Invalid UID error is returned. The uid is used to pull and save conversation records. The anonymous local identifier depends on the same device and the same browser; switching devices or clearing browser cache loses those records. Cross-device records require separate identity and session design.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a store operations team has prepared a product title compliance training document. The source text of the document reads: "Product titles must not use the character 'most'; detail page parameters must match the quality inspection report; the advertising prohibited-word list is updated once per week." One draft sentence awaiting judgment reads: "All titles in this link have passed compliance review and can be used directly for detail page publication." This draft sentence treats the access scope of the sharing link as equivalent to a compliance review conclusion, and it must be checked against whether the source text supports that conclusion.

Configuration and implementation checks

The table lists settings or check items relevant to this page's sample, function, and primary task. Values given as a starting point are hypothetical for this exercise only and are not official defaults.

Configuration itemSetting or check contentRelation to the sample
Anonymous window linkCreate under Publish channel and copy the full linkThe sharing entry for the sample document
Expiration timeSet according to scope of use; check the actual editionControls the access period of the training material
QPMMaximum visits per user per minuteLimits store staff access frequency
Points capCheck the usage limit of the sharing entry and cost attributionControls cost generated by the training material
Identity verificationRestricted to the commercial edition; based on returned success and uidVerifies store staff identity
Conversation record boundaryAnonymous local identifier depends on same device and same browserCross-device records require separate design

Hypothetical starting value for this exercise: set the expiration time to 7 days. The reason for choosing it is that the training material is updated weekly, and this value is compared with the weekly update frequency. This value is only a hypothetical starting point for this exercise and does not indicate an official default.

Three common errors

  1. Treating the sharing link identifier as a business authorization credential. The link identifier serves only as an access entry and does not show that store staff have obtained compliance review permission. The check input is the link identifier, the comparison object is the authorization scope in the source text, and the observable result is whether the link identifier appears in the authorization record.
  2. Treating a successful identity verification interface return as a compliance review conclusion. A returned success of true only indicates that identity verification passed, and the uid is used to pull and save conversation records; it does not indicate that a title or detail page has passed compliance review. The check input is the returned success and uid, the comparison object is the review conclusion field in the source text, and the observable result is whether the two point to the same review fact.
  3. Treating conversation records under an anonymous local identifier as training records usable across devices. The anonymous local identifier depends on the same device and the same browser, and switching devices or clearing cache loses the records. The check input is a record request for the same uid on a different device, the comparison object is the record boundary statement in the source text, and the observable result is whether the record can be pulled only on the same device and same browser.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the sample source text and the draft sentence. Compare "has passed compliance review" in the draft sentence with the review conclusion field in the source text. Observe whether the draft sentence exceeds the scope supported by the source text. If the source text does not state a review conclusion, record it as unsupported.
  2. Input the success and uid returned by the identity verification interface. Compare whether the uid format meets the requirement of not containing the specified characters and being no longer than 255 bytes. Observe whether the interface returns the Invalid UID error. If the interface was not actually called, record it as pending verification.
  3. Input a conversation record request for the same uid on a different device. Compare the record pull result with the record boundary statement in the source text. Observe whether the record can be pulled only on the same device and same browser. If no actual test was performed, record it as pending verification.

These checks apply to the sample draft sentence and requests on this page, and no claim is made that they were actually executed. Missing evidence remains missing. A pending review status does not show that operation permission is absent, and a successful interface return does not show that compliance review has been completed.
