What the documents look like
Wholesale stall trading is more fragmented than regional distributor replenishment. On-site price negotiation and shipping arrangements consume most of the working day, and the documents that move through a stall include purchase sheets, handwritten sales slips, stall lease contracts and payment receipts. The supplied brief places the data update frequency at daily and per order. For store service and internal training, the practical need is to keep handover materials, operation requests and authorization status clearly separated. The form input node and the user selection node collect filled-in information and branch on a user choice; neither node carries business database functions of its own.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
When the form input node triggers, the conversation enters an interactive state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. The user selection node behaves the same way at trigger time and then evaluates the user's choice to run the "yes" branch. Field validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations belong to external systems or later nodes as required. The following is a hypothetical paper exercise used to explain the checking method. It does not represent a real record or a completed business action.
Hypothetical paper exercise. Source text one: "Stall A and buyer B signed a stall lease contract on 10 June 2024, with a lease term from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024, monthly rent of 8,000 yuan, and stall A as the signing party." Source text two: "Stall A issued a payment receipt on 20 June 2024, stating receipt of 20,000 yuan from buyer B, corresponding to purchase sheet number A-0620, with WeChat collection as the payment method." Draft sentence to be judged: "The stall lease contract between stall A and buyer B expired and terminated on 31 December 2024." That draft sentence asserts contract expiry and termination. The source texts state only the lease end date. They do not state a renewal, a termination confirmation, or a termination document signed by both parties. The draft sentence is unsupported and remains to be verified.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Required fields on the form input node | Hypothetical starting point: material subject, object, date range, amount, document number | Compare field by field against the source texts; when a field is missing, observe whether the interaction state persists |
| Branches on the user selection node | Hypothetical starting point: one branch for complete materials and one for missing materials | Compare against the evidence the draft sentence requires, and confirm the basis for the branch decision |
| Interactive state recording | Record workflow state and wait for interaction as documented | Observe whether the interactive state is entered at trigger and whether execution continues after completion |
| Downstream division of work | Hypothetical starting point: field validation, approval and write-back handled by an external system | Compare against the form node's stated role and confirm the node does not carry database functions |
| Empty-result handling | Hypothetical starting point: paper input [] | Check how the downstream design handles an empty result; do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns [] |
Three common errors
- Treating form collection as authorized execution. The form input node collects filled-in information and passes it on. It does not perform approval or write-back. Treating a pending-review material as an approved operation confuses collection with execution.
- Treating the contract expiry and termination in the draft sentence as a confirmed fact. The source texts state only the lease end date and do not state a signed termination or renewal. The draft sentence is unsupported.
- Treating the user selection node as a personnel directory or a business data selector. The node runs a branch based on the user's choice. It does not perform entity filtering or permission isolation.
How to verify the setup
- Enter source text one and source text two from the hypothetical paper exercise, then compare the draft sentence "The stall lease contract between stall A and buyer B expired and terminated on 31 December 2024" against the lease end date and any termination confirmation document stated in the materials. The condition is met when, with no signed termination or renewal stated, the judgment is unsupported and remains to be verified, and is not judged as terminated.
- Enter required fields whose hypothetical starting point is material subject, object, date range, amount and document number, then compare behavior with a missing field against behavior after the field is completed. The condition is met when a missing field keeps the interaction state and, after completion and submission, the information is passed to later nodes.
- Enter an empty result whose hypothetical starting point is paper input [], then compare how the downstream design handles the empty result. The condition is met when the gap is recorded, no claim is made that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns [], and no cross-model retrieval is run to compare missed recall.
