What the documents look like
Franchise filing management handles legal disclosure and the commerce department system. It does not handle specific site engineering. The main data sources are the commercial franchise information management system, enterprise licenses, store lists, and contract ledgers. Daily documents include franchise contracts, operations manuals, filing materials, and information disclosure files.
This page addresses one narrow setting: store service and internal training, at the forms and interaction step. The question is which materials, operations, and requests sit in which authorization state during an operational handover. Two workflow nodes are relevant. The form input node collects information the user fills in and passes it to later nodes after submission. It does not carry its own business database function. The user selection node runs a branch according to the user's choice. It does not act as a personnel directory or a business data selector. Both nodes are user interaction nodes. When triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution waits for the interaction to finish before continuing downward. Field validation, business approval, write-back, and batch operations are implemented in external systems or later nodes as needed.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
Store service and internal training involves delivering operations manuals to franchise stores and collecting training sign-in and handover confirmation. Form input can collect store name, training session, participants, and material version. User selection can pose a decision question, such as whether a given store has completed its previous training session, and then follow a different branch based on the response.
The interaction state means only that the workflow is waiting for a form entry or a choice. It does not mean a business authorization has taken effect. Retrieval results and form entries do not constitute authorization. A form submission is not approval, and it is not contract effectiveness. A pending review does not show that operating permission is absent. Signing, reaching cooperation, and contract effectiveness are three separate facts. Fields not stated in a document, or supported only by evidence from a related stage, remain unsupported or pending verification.
Libraries across different vector models cannot be associated together. The identifier must be checked first, and libraries on a different vector model excluded. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability. Reranking requires a model and must be enabled according to settings. The documented total workflow diagram lists optional paths; these do not all execute on every request.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below concerns a hypothetical drill sample. It lists only documented settings or implementation check items. Where a value appears, it is a starting point for this hypothetical trial, with the comparison object stated.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical trial starting point | Check and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Enabled, with store name, training session, participants, and material version set as required | When any one is missing, observe whether the flow stays in the interaction state |
| User selection node | Enabled, question "Has this store completed its previous training session?" | Choice "yes" follows the completed branch; choice "no" follows the to-be-scheduled branch |
| Interaction state | On trigger, workflow state is recorded and interaction is awaited | After submission or choice, observe whether execution continues downward |
| Downstream division of work | Field validation, approval, and write-back are implemented by an external system or later nodes | Check whether form submission triggers an external action; if not connected, record the gap |
| Knowledge base association | Only libraries on the same vector model can be associated together | Check the identifier first and exclude libraries on a different vector model |
| Empty-result handling | Paper input [] checked against downstream design | Observe whether downstream handles it as an empty set; do not claim a fabricated rule must return [] |
Three common errors
- Treating a form submission as an effective authorization. Form input only collects entered information and passes it to later nodes; business approval and contract effectiveness require external system implementation. Check: input a form submission record, compare whether an approval or effectiveness state appears, and observe that no such state is present.
- Treating user selection as a personnel directory or business data selector. User selection only executes a branch according to the choice. Check: input one selection action, compare whether a personnel or business data query occurs, and observe that only the branch direction changes.
- Treating retrieval results as permission or entity isolation. A relevance score does not perform permission filtering. Check: input a cross-subject query, compare the returned records with the authorized scope, and record whether any boundary is crossed; do not infer that a similarity setting excludes unrelated business.
How to verify the setup
Hypothetical drill sample: a franchisor headquarters plans to deliver an operations manual to one franchise store and arrange training. The material text supplied for checking reads: "Party A is the franchisor headquarters; Party B is the franchise store; the operations manual version is V3; the training session is the third quarter of 2025; the participants are Party B's store manager and two staff members." One draft sentence to be judged reads: "Party B has completed the V3 operations manual training and confirmed the handover." The draft sentence does not state the training completion date or the confirmation signing status.
- Verification one: input the material text above and the draft sentence, compare whether the draft sentence states training completion and confirmation signing, and observe that the result is unsupported and requires a completion date and a signing record.
- Verification two: input the user selection question "Has this store completed its previous training session?" and the choice "yes", compare the branch direction, and observe that it enters the completed branch and produces no approval or effectiveness state.
- Verification three: input the paper empty result [] to check the downstream design, compare whether downstream handles it as an empty set, and observe that a gap is recorded; do not claim a fabricated rule must return [] from retrieval.
All of the above are paper expectations and were not actually executed.
