Three common errors
- If only a notice summary remains but settlement becomes definite, compare actual history, the agreement and pending-review state for omissions.
- If leader registration becomes customer-confirmed pickup, inspect the recorder and customer receipt. Follow-ups supply no confirming person.
- If earlier commission conditions extend to another settlement period, inspect agreement version and period. A new question expands no old condition.
How to verify the setup

Instructions should state periods, speakers and gaps; inspect actual history selection without invented limits. External notices and commission payments need separate authority. Training text performs neither. Retain pickup-record time separately from the settlement period; one pickup entry cannot establish an entire period’s commission.
