Group-buy presale orders: multi-turn prompts for staff training

Review multi-turn prompts for staff training in Group-buy presale orders. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Presale group buying collects orders first and organizes procurement and fulfillment afterward. This differs from leader relationship maintenance, which belongs to a separate stage. Store service and internal training work with four document types: the presale product table, the group-result record, the procurement plan, and the cut-off notice. These documents update daily or per session. When a chat application treats an old session's quantity from a cut-off notice as a current-session fact, store staff may repeat that figure to customers, and the likely consequences include out-of-stock refunds or delayed fulfillment.

The task at this step is to keep the model answering within the supplied material. Quantities, statuses, and authorizations that the material does not state are left unwritten. The four document types carry different roles: the presale product table lists items and cut-off times, the group-result record confirms whether a session reached its group quantity, the procurement plan records purchasing arrangements, and the cut-off notice tells stores when ordering closes. A statement about one of these documents is not evidence about another.

Constraints at the multi-turn prompts step

The prompt must state the material scope, the answering task, and how to handle missing evidence. Conversation history needs a clear distinction between a new session and a continued session. When chatId is passed, FastGPT takes the session from its database and uses the last item of the messages array as the user question, ignoring the remaining messages. When chatId is not passed, the messages array builds the context entirely. Question optimization applies to knowledge-base continuous conversation, where it checks pronoun resolution and question expansion.

Model and length settings need checking against the maximum context and the reply cap, with tests that combine long documents and follow-up questions. Reply format follows the downstream consumer. Selecting json_schema requires filling in the corresponding format requirement and verifying the returned structure.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample. A platform operator prepares store service wording. The material supplied for checking reads: "Presale product table, 2025-06-10 session: product A, cut-off time 18:00, group quantity pending confirmation from the group-result record. Procurement plan not generated. Cut-off notice not yet issued." One draft sentence awaiting judgment reads: "Product A has reached its group quantity for this session, so arrival time can be confirmed with stores according to the procurement plan." The subject needed for judgment is product A, the object is the 2025-06-10 session, the statuses are group formation and procurement plan, and the effective scope is before the cut-off for that session. The material states only that the group quantity awaits confirmation from the group-result record and that the procurement plan is not generated. The draft sentence converts a pending status into a completed one, so it is unsupported. This sample is a paper exercise; no interface was called.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemSetting or check for this pageBasis and explanation
AI modelSelect a model whose maximum context fits the material length, and check the maximum context and tool-calling capability shown in the dialogModel capability determines which configuration items appear
Memory turnsFor this exercise, start at 6 turns because the session follow-up needs coverage; compare with 2 and 10 turns to see whether answers cite the wrong sessionThe official text suggests a small number of history turns for customer-service applications; this is not an official default
TemperatureFor this exercise, start at a low value and compare with a high value to see whether the answer restates material statuses consistentlyThe official text suggests a low value for rule-defined scenarios
Reply capEnable it and check the truncation point; compare with the cap disabled to see whether a long explanation stays completeA low setting may truncate the reply early
Reply formatKeep the default for ordinary store Q&A; select json_schema with a filled format requirement when a downstream node reads a fixed structureThe official text states that only fixed-format scenarios need this change
Hide AI thinkingTurn it off temporarily during debugging to observe intermediate thinking, then enable it as needed before deliveryThe official text states this switch controls whether the user sees the thinking process

Three common errors

  1. Writing a pending status as completed. Input: the material text above and the draft sentence. Compare "group quantity pending confirmation from the group-result record" with "has reached its group quantity." The draft sentence is wrong when it introduces a completed status the material does not state.
  2. Treating retrieval similarity as a permission or entity filter. Input: one return that includes score values. Compare the business ownership of the returned records with the requesting party's authorization scope. A high similarity does not mean the store may view that record.
  3. Treating the display configuration returned by an interactive node as an executed action. Input: an interactive return. Compare its type and params with the actual business action. A returned display configuration does not mean a form was submitted or an approval was completed.

How to verify the setup

  1. Using the hypothetical sample material and draft sentence, input both and compare whether the draft sentence introduces a group-formation or procurement-plan status absent from the material. The condition is met only when the answer becomes "group quantity pending confirmation from the group-result record; procurement plan not generated."
  2. For conversation history, input a continued-session request carrying chatId and compare the number of context turns actually included with the configured memory turns. The condition is met only when the excess turns are not cited. This result is expected and was not measured.
  3. For empty-result handling, input an explicit paper retrieval result of [] and compare whether the downstream node follows the empty-result branch without inventing products or sessions. The condition is met only when no fabricated product or session appears. No claim is made that a fictional-rule retrieval necessarily returns [].

The authorization boundary stays explicit throughout. An interactive return is a display configuration. A retrieval result is not an authorization decision. A pending group quantity is not a reached group quantity, and a procurement plan that is not generated is not a procurement plan in effect.
