Group-buy presale orders: workflow routing for staff training

Review workflow routing for staff training in Group-buy presale orders. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

A group-buy presale operation collects orders first and organizes procurement and fulfillment afterward. That sequence separates presale order aggregation from leader relationship maintenance, which is a different line of work. In the store service and internal training setting, the everyday materials are the presale product table, the aggregation result, the procurement plan and the cut-off notice. The stated data sources are mini-program orders, supplier inventory, leader feedback and warehouse routing. The stated update frequency is daily and per session. This page does not derive batch synchronization or transaction-triggered mechanisms from that frequency.

The materials serve two purposes on the store side. They tell stores how the cut-off definition and aggregation progress stand, and they tell internal staff how the procurement plan connects to the sorting wave. The materials themselves are not authorization evidence. A store submission or confirmation action needs to be carried by a later process.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

When the Form Input node triggers, the conversation enters an interactive state, required information is collected, and after the user submits, that information passes to later nodes. When the user makes a choice at the User Selection node, the node evaluates the choice and runs the "yes" branch. Both nodes are user interaction nodes. On trigger, the dialog box is hidden, the conversation enters the interactive state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. The documentation does not describe a global state-recording switch, a submission-count limit, or an automatic judgment mechanism.

Collected information must be passed explicitly to later retrieval, judgment or interface nodes, and the output is compared item by item against the input. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or later process; the nodes themselves do not complete those business actions. Retrieval and semantic recall do not carry permission or entity isolation duties, and a relevance score does not constitute an authorization decision. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; the identifier is checked first and non-matching libraries are excluded. The optional paths shown in the overall workflow diagram do not mean that every request executes all of them. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability, and reranking requires a model and must be enabled by its setting.

Hypothetical drill sample: the source material reads, "Store A submitted the presale product table on March 10; the cut-off time is March 12 at 18:00; the aggregation result will be summarized after cut-off; the procurement plan is prepared by supply chain scheduling after cut-off." A pending handover request reads, "Store A has confirmed the cut-off definition; please arrange the sorting wave directly according to the procurement plan." The subject is Store A, the objects are the cut-off definition and the procurement plan, the stage is before cut-off, and the effective range is March 10 to March 12 at 18:00. The phrase "has confirmed the cut-off definition" does not appear in the material, and "arrange the sorting wave directly" skips the procurement plan preparation step. This is an unsupported handover request.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemHypothetical trial starting point for this pageHow to check
Form Input node required fieldsStore number, cut-off confirmation item, material submission timeCompare field by field against the source material
User Selection node branchA "yes" branch carries the cut-off definition confirmationVerify each branch connection and check that the choice result matches the next node input
Downstream receiving nodePass the form information to the procurement plan retrieval or judgment nodeCompare node output against downstream input item by item
Interactive state checkOn trigger, enter the interactive state and record the workflow stateObserve the dialog box hiding and returning, and confirm execution continues after the interaction completes
Business action divisionOrder writes, document backfill and external synchronization connect to a separate interfaceCheck the connection point and confirm the node itself does not perform the write
Retrieval scope checkCheck against the library identifier described in the documentationExclude libraries built on different vector models from joint association

The values in the table are hypothetical trial starting points for this page. The reason for choosing them is that this sample involves two required pieces of information, the store number and the cut-off confirmation. The comparison object is the field list in the source material. These starting points are not official default values.

Three common errors

  1. Treating a store form submission as confirmation of the cut-off definition. In the sample, Store A submits the presale product table, and the material does not state a cut-off definition confirmation. These are two different facts and must be checked separately.
  2. Treating the "yes" branch of the User Selection node as a prepared procurement plan. In the sample, the procurement plan is prepared by supply chain scheduling after cut-off. The choice result only determines the branch direction and does not produce a preparation result.
  3. Treating a retrieval result as authorization evidence. Retrieval and relevance scores do not carry permission or entity isolation duties. In the sample, Store A's request requires a manual check of the source material and the authorization boundary.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the sample source material and the pending handover request, compare whether "has confirmed the cut-off definition" appears in the material, observe that the result is unsupported, and record the evidence gap.
  2. Input Store A's form submission record, compare the cut-off time of March 12 at 18:00 against the current stage, observe whether the stage is before cut-off, and confirm that arranging the sorting wave lacks a prepared procurement plan as its basis.
  3. Input a paper input of [] for the empty-result receiving case, compare whether the downstream node design has an explicit way to receive an empty result, and observe whether the downstream handles it as designed. Do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns empty.

This page covers only group-buy presale order aggregation, store service and internal training, and workflow routing. During operational handover, which materials, actions and requests sit at which authorization state cannot be decided by treating retrieval or a form as authorized execution.
