What the documents look like
Cross-border return refurbishment and resale handles reverse logistics and item condition. This work differs from overseas-warehouse inbound replenishment, which concerns forward stock movement rather than returned-goods evaluation. The main data sources for this category are the overseas-warehouse WMS, the TikTok return center, Amazon return reports, and item inspection photos. The daily documents are the return inspection form, the refurbishment record, the scrap form, and the second-listing checklist. In the store-service and internal-training setting, these documents supply the information that interactive nodes collect and pass on.
Records update daily or per batch. This page does not derive batch synchronization, full synchronization, or real-time trigger behavior from that update rhythm. Two to three facts genuinely shape the task. Inspection photos and inspection forms carry condition and grade judgments that a form field can capture as a value. The refurbishment record and the scrap form sit at a later stage than inspection, so a selection made in a workflow does not by itself mean refurbishment or scrapping has occurred. The second-listing checklist concerns resale readiness, which is a separate fact from refund authorization.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
The form input node is a user-interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues downward after the user completes the interaction. After the user fills the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The user selection node is also a user-interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters the interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a choice, the node judges that choice and executes the "yes" branch.
Neither node carries a business database function of its own. Field validation, business approval, write-back, and batch operations need implementation in an external system or in subsequent nodes. In store service and internal training, the interactive nodes collect the materials and authorization status needed for an operational handover. Retrieval or form completion does not constitute authorization to execute anything.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. An overseas-warehouse inspector submits a return inspection form. The source text reads: "Return number RT-2024-0512, item is Bluetooth earphones, inspection date 12 May 2024, appearance grade B, functional test passed, refurbishment recommendation is repackage and list for resale." A draft determination sentence reads: "This return has completed refurbishment and second listing, and the customer may be refunded." The point to judge: the source text records only the inspection and the refurbishment recommendation. It does not state that refurbishment was performed, that listing was completed, or that a refund was authorized.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Relation to this page's documents | Implementation check |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Collects return inspection form fields and passes them to subsequent nodes | Check whether required fields cover return number, item, date, grade, and recommendation |
| User selection node | Executes a branch based on a refurbish or scrap choice | Check whether branch conditions correspond to the recommendation field on the inspection form |
| Interaction state record | Records workflow state after triggering and waits for interaction | Check whether execution continues downward after the interaction completes |
| Required-information check | Behavior difference between a missing item and a completed item | Test a submission with a missing field and a submission with the field completed, separately |
| Downstream processing split | Field validation, approval, and write-back are implemented externally as needed | Check whether an external system receives approval and write-back |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | This paper test starts from the five fields of the inspection form | Compare field by field against the sample source text; this is not an official default value |
The five fields named as the starting point are chosen because the sample source text contains exactly those five items, so a field-by-field comparison is possible. The starting value is a paper-test construct for this page and is not an official default.
Three common errors
- Treating the "refurbishment recommendation" in the inspection form source text as refurbishment already performed. The input is the sample source text. The comparison is between the recommendation and the execution, which are two different facts. The observable result is that the recommendation field is present while an execution record is absent.
- Treating the branch result of the user selection node as business approval granted. The input is the selected branch. The comparison is between the node branch and the external approval record. The observable result is that the branch was selected while no approval record appears.
- Treating retrieval or form submission as authorized execution. The input is the form submission action. The comparison is between the submission and the authorization status. The observable result is that the submission is complete while the authorization field remains pending review.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the draft determination sentence. Compare whether the source text states refurbishment execution, listing completion, or refund authorization. The expected observation is that the source text does not state them, the determination sentence is not supported, and the evidence gap remains open for verification.
- Input two submissions of the inspection form, one with a missing required field and one with the field completed. Compare the required-field check results. The expected observation is that the interaction does not continue when a field is missing, and the interaction continues downward after the field is completed.
- Input the user selection branch and the external approval record. Compare branch execution against approval status. The expected observation is that branch execution does not equal approval granted, and approval status needs separate confirmation in the external system.
These checks describe expected observations. No test, deployment, approval, refund, or other business action is claimed to have occurred.
