What the documents look like
Central chain procurement and distribution organizes work around headquarters purchasing and delivery. The main data sources are ERP purchasing, WMS, store POS, and supplier delivery data. The daily documents are centralized procurement contracts, replenishment plans, delivery notes, and store requisition forms. Store service and internal training turns these materials into content that store staff can consult for procedures and norms.
This category differs from price and display auditing. Central procurement and distribution examines headquarters purchasing and delivery, and does not inspect store display. Sharing material for training therefore will not contain display audit records. When errors occur, the consequences are store stockouts, inventory accumulation, or supplier claims. This matters for the sharing step because the act of consulting material must not be treated as business authorization. A no-login window is created from the publishing channel and the system-generated full link is copied. The link identifier serves access only and does not act as a business authorization credential.
The update frequency for this category is daily and weekly. That rhythm does not change the permission decision at the sharing entrance itself, so this page treats it as background rather than as a driver of the sharing configuration.
Constraints at the shared access step
The no-login window generates a localId for each user and pulls conversation records from the cloud. This arrangement only holds when the user stays on the same device and the same browser. Switching devices or clearing browser cache loses those records. The system allows pulling only the most recent 30 days and 20 records. Expiration time, QPM, and points cap are configurable in part, and some parameters are supported only in the commercial edition. Identity verification is currently offered only in the commercial edition.
The identity verification root address is a POST request root address. Initialization, conversation start, and conversation finish each send a request to the corresponding interface. The server returns success and uid. The root address alone is configured, without the full request path. The share link carries an additional authToken parameter, and FastGPT includes token=[authToken] in the body of the authentication interface. The uid must be returned, and its format must be a string that does not contain "|", "/", or "\" and is no longer than 255 bytes. Otherwise the response is the Invalid UID error. The conversation result reporting interface has no specified return value, and attention focuses on totalPoints and token.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a training specialist at a chain supply center prepares a draft titled Store Requisition Form Completion Guide. The source text contains three sentences: "This guide applies to daily requisition form completion at directly operated stores. Requisition forms for franchise stores are trained separately by the regional supervisor. Guide version V1.2, effective date 1 March 2025." The draft sentence to be assessed is: "This link is open to all stores, and store staff can submit requisition forms after opening it." The draft sentence treats the sharing link's access scope as all stores and treats opening the link as equivalent to submitting a requisition form. Both the applicable subject and the business action differ from the source text. This sample is a paper exercise and has not been run.
Configuration and implementation checks
Configuration below covers settings documented for this page's material and primary task, or named implementation checks. The values are hypothetical starting points for this exercise, used for comparison only, and are not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point | Check method |
|---|---|---|
| Link name | Store Requisition Form Completion Guide V1.2 | Compare word by word against the material version number |
| Expiration time | 90 days from 1 March 2025 | Compare against the material effective date and training cycle |
| QPM | 10 visits per user per minute | Compare against concurrent consultation volume during training |
| Points cap | Set according to the training-period budget | Compare against the cost ownership of the sharing entrance |
| Identity verification | Enter the POST root address | Check the returned success and uid |
| View quoted fragments | Enable as training requires | Compare against the material's public scope |
The identity verification root address is entered as a root address only. The share link adds the authToken parameter, and FastGPT carries token=[authToken] in the body of the authentication interface. The uid must be returned in the required format. The conversation result reporting interface has no specified return value, and the fields to watch are totalPoints and token.
Three common errors
- Treating the sharing link's access scope as the business authorization scope. Input is the draft sentence "This link is open to all stores." The comparison object is the source text "This guide applies to daily requisition form completion at directly operated stores" together with "Requisition forms for franchise stores are trained separately by the regional supervisor." The observable result is that the draft sentence covers a subject the source text does not authorize.
- Treating opening the link as submitting a requisition form. Input is the draft sentence "store staff can submit requisition forms after opening it." The comparison object is the store requisition form as a separate business document. The observable result is that the draft sentence merges the access action and the submission action into one fact.
- Treating the uid returned by identity verification as a business permission credential. Input is the uid returned by the authentication interface. The comparison object is that uid is used only to pull and save conversation records. The observable result is that uid carries no submission or approval authority for store requisition forms.
How to verify the setup
- Input the three source sentences and the draft sentence from the hypothetical sample. Compare the applicable subject in the draft sentence against the applicable subject in the source text. When the draft sentence names a subject the source text does not list, judge it as inconsistent.
- Input the effective date from the hypothetical sample source text and the draft sentence. Compare whether the draft sentence states an effective scope. When the draft sentence does not state an effective date or version, judge it as pending verification rather than as a conflict.
- Input the success and uid returned by the identity verification interface. Compare the uid's byte length and character restrictions. When the uid contains "|", "/", or "\" or exceeds 255 bytes, the expected response is Invalid UID. When success is true and the uid is compliant, the expected behavior is that the user is allowed to continue. These are paper expectations and have not been run.
Retrieval and relevance scores do not carry permission or entity isolation duties. The requirement that libraries in the same retrieval set use the same vector model does not extend to external systems needing the same model. Empty-result handling can be checked against a paper input of [] for downstream design, without asserting that a fictional rule retrieval will return []. Libraries using different vector models cannot be associated together; identifiers are checked first and non-matching ones are excluded, without running cross-model retrieval to compare missed recalls. A pending review does not demonstrate the absence of an operating permission. Signing, cooperation reached, and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts. Evidence gaps remain as unsupported or pending verification.
This page addresses only central chain procurement and distribution, store service and internal training, and sharing and embedding. During operational handover, which materials, operations, and requests sit at what authorization state must be recorded, and retrieval or forms must not be treated as authorization execution.
