What the documents look like
Closure settlement handles exit and asset recovery, the reverse direction from headquarters site selection and store opening. The main data sources are POS inventory, the fixed-asset system, lease contracts and financial ledgers. Typical participants include chain operations, finance, legal and the landlord contact. Errors concentrate in deposit loss, asset loss, and labour or franchise disputes. The everyday documents are closure approval, inventory clearance forms, lease termination agreements and asset count sheets. The brief gives the update frequency as irregular, per store; this page does not derive batch synchronisation or real-time mechanisms from that.
The store service and internal training step hands these materials to store managers, settlement specialists or franchise contacts. A no-login window is created from the publish channel and the system-generated full link is copied; the link identifier cannot be treated as business authorisation. Expiry time and QPM are set according to the scope of use and checked against the actual edition; QPM means the maximum number of visits per user per minute. The points cap is checked against the usage limit and cost attribution of the share entry, and some parameters are restricted by edition. Identity verification is restricted to the commercial edition scope and follows the official interface return of a success state and uid. The anonymous local identifier depends on the same device and same browser; records across devices require separately designed identity and session management.
Constraints at the shared access step
Hypothetical drill sample. The material text supplied for checking is: "A store A of a chain brand in the East China region submitted a closure approval on 10 March 2026, and the approval status is pending review; on the same day an asset count sheet was submitted, the count scope covering 12 sets of shelving and 3 freezers, and the count status is counted but not reviewed; the lease termination agreement has been received by the landlord contact, and the signing status is unsigned." The handover request to be judged is: "Share store A's asset count sheet with an external settlement service provider through a no-login link, and allow that provider to submit clearance results directly."
The materials support the count scope and status only, and do not support authorisation to dispose of assets. The lease termination agreement is unsigned and does not constitute a completed termination. The closure approval is pending review, which does not demonstrate a lack of operating permission and does not equal approval. Creating and copying a share link and connecting identity verification are configuration actions; business authorisation, database writes, external synchronisation and deductions require downstream implementation. Retrieval and relevance do not carry permission or entity isolation, and the same-vector-model requirement for a retrieval library does not extend to business registration sites or other external systems. Empty-result handling can be checked against the explicit paper input [] to verify downstream design, without claiming that a fictional rule search necessarily returns [].
Configuration and implementation checks
For the sample above, this page lists only officially documented settings or implementation check items relevant to this feature and the primary task. The values are hypothetical starting points for this trial only, with the reason for choosing them and the comparison object stated.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this trial | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| No-login link name | Closure settlement training - store A | Used for record display only; compare with store A materials for name consistency |
| Expiry time | 10 April 2026 | Covers the sample approval and count review cycle; compare with material dates, not an official default |
| QPM | 10 visits per user per minute | Estimated from training headcount; compare with actual access records of the share entry, not an official default |
| Points cap | 5000 | Estimated from training rounds; compare with usage records of the share entry, not an official default |
| Identity verification root address | Hypothetically https://example.invalid | Checked against the official interface return of success and uid, within the commercial edition scope restriction |
| View quote snippets and source text | Enable viewing quote snippets | Checked against the system introduction; training material can be traced to the source text |
Three common errors
- Treating a closure approval pending review as approved, then sharing the asset count sheet with an external settlement service provider. The input is the sample approval status "pending review", the comparison object is the approved status, and the observable result is that the approval status field remains pending review, so the sharing authorisation condition is not met.
- Treating a lease termination agreement that is "received, unsigned" as a completed termination. The input is the sample signing status, the comparison object is the signed status, and the observable result is that the signing status field is unsigned, which does not constitute contract effectiveness or completed termination.
- Treating the no-login link identifier or retrieval results as business authorisation. The input is the share link and retrieval results, the comparison object is the closure approval, count review and lease status, and the observable result is that the link opens and retrieval returns results, and these phenomena do not change the authorisation status field.
How to verify the setup
- Against the sample material text, the input is store A's closure approval status "pending review" and the asset count sheet "counted but not reviewed", the comparison object is "allow that provider to submit clearance results directly" in the handover request, and the observable result is that neither the approval nor the review status reaches an authorisable condition, so the request is not satisfied.
- Against the sample lease termination agreement, the input is "received by the landlord contact, signing status unsigned", the comparison object is the signing status required for a completed termination, and the observable result is that the signing field is unsigned, the termination is not complete, and the evidence gap is retained.
- Against the sharing and identity verification configuration, the input is the hypothetical root address and authToken, the comparison object is the official interface return of success and uid, and the observable result is that the identity verification connection condition is met only when success is true and uid is a string not containing "|", "/" or "\" and not exceeding 255 bytes; otherwise it is recorded as not passed.
