What the documents look like
For operating reviews in B2B marketplaces, this page examines FastGPT database operations. Use contract and settlement sources to inspect correspondence among originals, indexes and answers across operational changes. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the database operations step
A new B2B review example uses an older contract with delivery terms, an added passage defining service scope and a separately recorded settlement statement. Identify which original is actually stored before repeating a service-scope question through retrieval and the application. Settlement status does not establish the contract update. If an original cannot be read, retain the failed read and its version. Process survival alone does not establish availability of the sources this question needs.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Operations or implementation check | Object in the version example | Evidence method |
|---|---|---|
| Original readability | Old contract and added service scope | Record the version actually read |
| Index state | The same service-scope question | Retain source and retrieval returns |
| Answer handoff | New retrieval versus old generated wording | Inspect content actually received by the answer |
| Runtime record | Connections, errors and timing | Collect evidence under the actual workload |
| Recovery scope | Read contract and settlement samples separately | List recovered and absent sources |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Dependency connections | Inspect service connections for the deployment. |
Data and vector responsibilities | Separate source storage from the retrieval backend. |
Connections and load | Retain actual errors and timing records. |
Backup and recovery | Verify backups and the content actually restored. |
Post-change check | Reuse the same documents before and after a change. |
Three common errors
- If processes run but contracts or new appendices remain unreadable, retain read results and versions to inspect original coverage. Readable settlement does not restore every contract source.
- If the new appendix is readable but retrieval returns the earlier service scope, compare originals and results to inspect indexes and query input instead of declaring database damage.
- If retrieval supplies the new passage but the answer uses old conditions, compare candidates, answer input and output. A completed backup task establishes no successful handoff across these stages.
How to verify the setup
Backup verification requires reading recovered contract and settlement samples and repeating the question, inspecting original-data and retrieval-backend coverage independently. A recovered settlement with a missing contract attachment is incomplete coverage, not proof of restoration of every source. Payment or logistics records never obtained cannot be created by recovery. List recovered versions, absent sources and stage returns, without treating completion of a backup job as readiness for a complete business review.
