What the documents look like
For operating reviews in Temu semi-managed sellers, this page examines FastGPT HTTP integrations. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
A semi-managed operating review must distinguish an inventory snapshot from fulfillment changes during a period. Proposed material supplies an overseas-sheet scope statement and one fulfillment order without a complete movement history. Before a WMS reading, use the actual contract for address, method and conditions, establishing whether it returns snapshots or events. Listed items do not establish complete coverage of procurement, sales or transfers, and declaration completion is not warehouse execution.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Review check | Proposed material | Actual evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Record type | Snapshot distinct from period events | Snapshot is not all movement history |
| Time misuse | Snapshot date used as event interval | Inspect passage and transmitted conditions |
| Warehouse mixing | Another warehouse enters the conclusion | Inspect response identity and separate it |
| Exception evidence | Movement sources absent | No loss or shortage inferred from totals |
| Business adjustment | Separate inventory or procurement write | Reading is not report reconciliation |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Request address and method | The request address and method follow the external contract. |
Params and Headers | Inspect parameters, headers and authentication separately. |
| Body | Where a JSON body is used, validate its structure against the external contract. |
Variable references | Variables can come from global, system or upstream outputs. |
Debug identity fields | Test mode lacks chatId and responseChatItemId. |
Three common errors
Using a snapshot date as an event interval cannot cover the intended changes. Inspect the time passage and sent conditions. Combining another warehouse’s response with this warehouse also needs identity checks and separation of unsupported records. An aggregate alone cannot establish shortages, loss or improper procurement. A sheet may describe a balance while a fulfillment order names a planned movement. Ask the source owner whether that movement is included in the supplied snapshot rather than treating document headings as evidence of its inclusion. Another proposed pair can describe a balance at the snapshot moment and an item still awaiting fulfillment arrangements. These passages test whether the report confuses stock held with activity planned. Ask whether that arrangement has entered the balance and whether an execution source exists. Until those questions are answered, the two records cannot be treated as a complete change history or proof of unchanged stock. Inspect the source owner’s explanation of inclusions and omissions rather than importing a generic meaning from the report title. If the external reading retrieves only one type, retain the other as missing material and state what remains unknown. An apparent difference between a planned movement and a balance may reflect their different purposes; it should trigger a request for the corresponding event evidence rather than a warehouse-fault conclusion.
How to verify the setup
Retain warehouse, source version, actual request and returned record type. After corresponding event material arrives, repeat and inspect whether conclusions concern the intended subject and interval. Check parameters, headers and any appropriate body separately under the contract, keeping credentials private. Stock adjustments, procurement entries and platform writes require separate authority and actual states. HTTP reading establishes neither reconciled reports nor absence of warehouse activity.
