Three common errors
A query interval based on arrival time cannot support a conclusion about warehouse processing during that interval. Inspect both time meanings, transmitted values and response coverage. A response for another bill of lading also needs goods identity and supported correspondence before combination with this contract. Check empty-result definitions and conditions rather than inferring absent arrival, warehouse processing or supplier delivery. Another proposed statement can say that an arrival notice is supplied while the warehouse is still checking correspondence. The notice supports a transport-stage record, and the warehouse wording preserves an unresolved linkage. Together they establish neither non-arrival nor completed warehouse receipt. Identify the stage and particular evidence still required instead of forcing all sources into a single final status. Also distinguish when a document was obtained from when its reported event occurred; retrieving it during this review does not make its event part of the same interval. If several transport passages name similar goods, obtain supported shipment relationships before assembling an import timeline. A list of documents is not a complete process chain. The report should show which connection is evidenced and which awaits the operator’s explanation without substituting an arrival passage for a warehouse operation.
How to verify the setup
Retain stage, transaction subject, actual request and source time. Repeat after corresponding warehouse material arrives and inspect its contribution to judgment. Check parameters, headers and any appropriate body under the external contract with protected authentication. Procurement acceptance entries, declaration submission and profile writes require separate permission and business receipts. A query response establishes neither reconciliation of import matters nor the operator’s confirmation of state.
